• Bed was extremely comfortable, complete privacy, was a 10 minute drive from downtown Boston.

“Great room for the price. Priceline handled everything- literally just showed up and was handed the room key. Very comfortable beds, and a short drive from downtown Boston. Ridiculously awesome water pressure. Free highspeed internet in the room as well. Was better than what I expected for what I paid!”

• Comfortable beds, helpful staff, lots of space in the king suite.
• Free parking is great but hotel is off the beaten track-hotel has shuttle, but a little inconvenient.

“Terrific value with the free breakfast and parking. King suite roomy and bed very comfortable. Easy to find, and if you plan to drive, it is adjacent to Rte. 93 which gives quick access to Boston. A little inconvenient if not driving.”

  broken and asked copy, service was bad.

• Given smoking room and breakfast area was too small for the amount of people.

“Too many smoking floors. Difficult location to get to although near the highway. Breakfast area too small. Close to Boston area although difficult to navigate. Hotel staff very nice and helped us change room.”

• Well maintained, good amenities, friendly & helpful staff, close to Downtown & airport.
• No restaurant or room service.

“We were pleased with the well appointed room and free in-room high-speed DSL internet. Also the 24/7 free access business center had all we needed to download/scan and print documents. We were able to send and receive faxes via the front desk. Our room was clean, odor free, quiet (considering we were on the 1st floor next to parking lot) and best of all the beds seemed very new and so comfortable. Although there was no restaurant on premises or room service, there were vending machines with food, snacks, and beverage selections. The breakfast room where a complimentary continental breakfast is served is kept open after hours to enable guests to use the microwave to heat food from the vending machines. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.”

• Front desk clerk was not very helpful in answering questions.

“We were on a trip to the Boston Marathon and this hotel was recommended by other runners who had stayed there previously. Although less expensive than other hotels, it was not very good. There was a shuttle to the T, 15 minute walk, but you had to call to make arrangements and the train to downtown took about an hour. The desk personnel didn't take the time to answer questions, they acted like they were too busy. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again and perhaps head west of the city closer to the starting line.”

• The hotel staff members were mostly very unfriendly and unhelpful.

“I would not stay at this hotel again. The staff members were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Service was not good. My toilet malfunctioned the entire time, and they never really fixed it. They were not accommodating to different customer needs.”

• Our door was left open after the room was cleaned.

• Excellent staff. Continental breakfast is superior to most.
• Location is difficult to find for all but those familiar with the area.

“The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and well maintained. The location, while hard to find initially, is convenient for the Boston area as there is a subway station about a mile away and the hotel offers a shuttle service to it. The rooms are surprisingly quiet considering the location next to a major highway. Could not hear traffic outside at all. The continental breakfast is better than most, offering more than just coffee and doughnuts. The waffle machine is a nice touch. I would gladly stay here again and recommend to others.”

• Close to major roadways, food across the street and shopping center yards away.
• Away from Boston attractions, highway out back windows, but no noise was heard!

“It was great for people traveling around the Boston area, close to highway and easy to navigate. The hotel was clean and the people we nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and free internet is great. I would recommend this for a business traveler or someone that does not want to stay at a pricey place.”

“I would recommend this hotel for a short stay for somebody visiting the northern Boston suburbs. A comfortable room with a desk and Internet access, along with on-demand movies and games. Would not recommend for extended stay beyond 2-3 days.”

“Room was clean as expected though extremely warm. We had to turn on our air conditioner which was very noisy and clearly needed service. We finally had to turn it off just to get some much needed rest having driven 5 hours after a full days work. We faced a very active day the next day on less than a full nights rest.”

• The willingness of the staff to help and fulfill all requests.
• That it was not possible to switch a king bed for 2 full beds.

“The hotel was a little difficult to find, but was very close to Harvard, where we were attending a conference. The staff was very helpful with our internet/wi-fi needs. The room was very elegant and the large desk in the room was very convenient for both my business partner and I to work at the same time. The only problem was that there was only one data port in the room and if the other wanted to work online, it was necessary to go to the lobby. The staff went out of their way to open the dining room so that we could heat our food after hours. It was a very pleasurable stay. Sad that we did not know that there was a heated indoor pool to take advantage of this!”
