• Great view from window, fast elevators, comforable bed with new linens.
• Small bathroom.

• The housekeeping, hotel staff was wonderful and very informative.

“The lady who checked us in told me she didn't have a room with a view? I said that is fine I really just need a place to lay my head. I get to the room! I had a beautiful view! I would to have loved to have seen the room with a view.”

• The entire hotel was non smoking and smelled clean.
• Concierge was a little snooty.

“I was thrilled by the proximity to the T and the ability to access the Prudential Center and Copley Center malls. I was traveling with my 18 year old daughter, we felt safe, secure and were able to travel around on the days it rained in relative comfort. The hotel was lovely and the guest rooms had recently been redone. I would stay there again in a minute! I never heard a peep from any other rooms, although I know they were occupied. Very soundproof walls. And the deal was great!”

• Horrible mold in bathroom, loud at night, apathetic staff

“This hotel was convenient for our needs and the lobby area led us to believe it was of good quality. When we got to the room, we discovered that the AC made a terrible screeching sound, there was mold/mildew all over the bathroom ceiling, and the guests on the hall spent most of the evening shouting and slamming doors. We got no apology or even much of a response.”

• Excellent view from room over Charles River.
• Rooms rather smaller than most Sheraton Hotels.

“This hotel has had some bad reviews on certain websites - yet while the room was small (as was the bathroom) it was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, and had an excellent view. Service at reception was good, despite there being a large convention under way. Would be happy to return there.”

• Halls were a bit shabby, room could have been cleaned better.
