“Arriving to the room there was a used washcloth and soap still in the bathroom, notified front desk, nothing was done that night to clean. Housekeeping entered our room 3 times unannounced to check the room but when they saw we were in the room, they turned around and left, and did not check the room for cleanliness. Would I recommend this hotel: no, but it's close to Fenway!”

“Situated on a busy road right next to the stadium. if there is a game, it gets pretty noisy/exciting depending on whether you like baseball or not! Prudential centre and the park are in walking distance (about 15 min.). Subway from there to the centre very convenient. Room was humid and air conditioning very noisy. Rather cheap looking overall.”

“You can tell it's an old hotel, it needs a lot of remodeling. Despite that, however, it was still a clean place and it did what I needed, a place to pass out drunk after hitting the bars in Boston. It's right next to Fenway and there's parking so that was pretty amazing too!”

“This hotel was in a great location. (right next to Fen way Park and walking distance to downtown.) The rooms were adequate and clean. Even worse, nothing was done after I reported this to the hotel staff.”

“The only disappointment was that we couldn't watch the Red Sox game in hotel room since cable didn't get. This was a surprise since this was the Howard Johnson Fenway. I hope they upgrade the cable TV.”

“They made my sister pay for parking even though she was a guest. The carpets smelled musty and there was little to no ac in the hallways. It was so hot that day too. The room was ok. I was too afraid to take a good look at the linens. By the time I went to bed, I was too tired to care so I guess it all worked out.”

“It did the job for a business trip when I was rarely there but I was not impressed. My hairdryer in the room broke on my last day there, and I had to get a key to a different room to use another one. Someone attempted to open my door one night and got the latch undone but luckily it was double-bolted. Also, I could not connect internet in my room. When I called the front desk the employee did not sound surprised and suggested I try the lobby. I would not want to work in a hotel lobby all week; privacy of my own room is the key.”

“The hotel is falling apart. Leaking ceiling after a heavy snowfall in our room on. Ants in the bathroom. Hallways were not heated. Exposed wires on hallway ceilings. Not enough towels in the bathrooms. Water service was unavailable from 12 am-6 am on our first night. Called management after our stay about the bad accommodations and have not received a call back to address my complaints. I would highly not recommend this hotel if you needed a place to stay in Boston.”

“This was perfect for a small group going into the city for some partying. We were loud when we came back and had no problems. I have stayed in the hilton on past visits and couldn¿t have a conversation with out being told to quiet down. The price was also very reasonable. And the room was clean enough.”
