• Room was spacious and well-appointed.
• No separate shower (tub combo).

“Great location, excellent spacious room, very clean - plenty of off-street free parking - free wireless internet - excellent TV choices, comfortable bed, effective computer work area - lobby area nice, good access to free computers, excellent free breakfast.”

• The price was good for us and the pool was nice for my son.
• The food was not very good.

“A good place for a budget stay. You could walk to several eateries and get to the public transportation quickly with the hotel shuttle and or drive there yourself.”

• All new design, very clean lines, liked the mini Starbucks in the lobby.
• Streets around are very difficult to navigate (not the hotel's fault).

“This was the best hotel we stayed at during a week of busy travel. The room design is very functional and beautiful, with a separate area for sleeping and bath from the seating and desk area, which had easy inputs to the large flat panel TV. The free breakfast was great and the business center had three computers with decent internet access (no waiting as in other hotels). The hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable, with free shuttle to the Boston Subway stations. This is a great hotel for business travelers, very professional.”

• I would have liked a Jacuzzi and bar opened pass 11.

• Decor.
• Location, no vending machines, shuttle bus.

“The TV went out while watching a show - it took hotel staff until the end of the show to reset it after I called. The toilet didn't work - I had to call twice to get someone to come up to fix it. The shuttle bus is on first come first serve and only to train station and drivers don't even say, 'hello'. This hotel would be ok if the traveler had a car otherwise it is torture.”

• It was a weekend with lots of families; messy and crowded at breakfast.

• Very modern and great room layout. It was plenty of space for our family of 4.
• One way streets made us carefully plan where we parked and how we left/returned the hotel - not too bad.

• Air-conditioned parking lot under the building.
• Hotel is so far from the T station.

“We loved the place. It was clean, friendly and nicely decorated. It's great for business or leisure travel, but it's nothing romantic. There is a shuttle service to the T station which is nice, but it only runs till 9 pm. The cab cost back to the hotel was $20. Wish the T was closer, but otherwise a great place to stay.”

• In the room itself it had a semi room divider that the older children liked since it gave extra privacy.
• Our room keys (cards) did not work well and had to be replaced several times during our 2 day stay.

“Highly recommend it, pool, and workout room offered a lot to someone with older children like myself.”

• New, clean, free parking, accommodating staff.
• Hard to find even with GPS. No room service had to order & wait for food in lobby.

“Growing pains, but overall good experience. First room we were given had a musty smell and was right next to the elevator. The staff was friendly and quickly gave us a different room. The toilet ran in the new room. The first floor restrooms did not have toilet paper (men's room) or hand soap (ladies restroom.) New facility appeared clean, small selection for free continental breakfast.”
