• Don't think bathtub really cleaned in long time, phones went out & missed business calls

“Comfortable, friendly, spacious, good lighting, nice work space, refrig, nice living area for long business trip...not just a hotel room. Expensive cab rides to airport”

• Rooms were nicely laid out and well decorated.
• Requested extra blanket but never delivered, asked for directions but were so convoluted we got lost.

• Certainly out of the way from Downtown Boston.

“Not convenient for conducting business in Boston. A vehicle is a must to assist with travel details and time spent in journey. The location and staff is fine but still out of the way.”

• Very nice, comfortable, clean, spacious room and convenient location right off the highway with easy access to the city.
• Our first floor room had a bit of noisy traffic outside and the bathroom was not nearly as nice as the rest of the room.

“Overall, this was a very nice hotel and we felt we got a great value there. The room was very nice and spacious with a separate living area and a beautiful 42 inch Plasma TV. The hotel offered an indoor pool and gym which we did not have time to use but nonetheless, I think those are great amenities. Right outside of Boston and right off of Route 93, it is a great location with quick and easy access to the city.”

  open, no smoking rooms. Great if you have a car, but not close to public transportation.

• The morning breakfast was very disorganized, messy, and was frequently out of coffee.
