• Cleanliness & friendly staff.
• Wireless internet only available at cafeteria.

“They do have high speed wireless internet but only available when you go down to the cafeteria-you can't get any signal in your room. My room was acceptable for a 2 star rated hotel- clean linens and bathroom. Very friendly staff too.”

• Close to the highway.
• Staff would not bring requested items to the room.

“The manager was friendly when we arrived. The ceiling was leaking in our room when we got there but they changed our room. The gym was useful. The hotel did not provide conditioner. The staff would not bring up requested items to the room, we had to go down to get them. The continental breakfast was shut down right at 10 a.m. even though guests were still eating and drinking.”

• Friendly staff, clean room, continental breakfast.
• Far away from public transportation into the city.

“Conveniently located directly off the highway, this hotel is great for a visitor with their own source of transportation. Restaurants and shopping are close by, and the hotel is only 15-20 minutes highway drive from Boston. Nothing spectacular, but definitely satisfactory as far as comfort and cleanliness. Rooms are spacious and even have a micro-fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here.”

• Great and close to the city without city prices!
• Location was good for driving to the city, but nothing located near it.

“The hotel was directly off of the highway which is a plus if you are traveling around the Boston area [close enough to the city for a short drive]. Do not expect to walk or visit any restaurants, bars, etc in the area. Very industrial location. But the hotel itself was very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, and quiet area to rest.”

• Close to major interstate.
• Needs better sign age to get to the hotel.

“Overall, this was a good experience once I found the hotel. The staff was very helpful and the room and building were clean. The only problem I had once I checked in was that my room key deactivated 2-3 times during my stay. Otherwise I had a very pleasant experience. Good place to stay. ”

• Free Internet.
• The location was next to a food factory, which felt a bit ugly and desolate.

“Very good access to Boston Logan airport down Rt93, avoiding the current detours caused by the tunnel closures. It took less than 25 minutes to get from the hotel to dropping of my rental car at Logan airport. The hotel room was comfortable, clean and pleasantly quiet. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.”

• I was conveniently located to where I needed to be.
• If I were going to spend a lot of time at the hotel, it was not terribly attractive outside the hotel.

“I used this hotel, it is clean, located where I needed it to be and I didn't spend more than 1 hour awake at the hotel so it was just what I needed.”

• It seemed fairly new. Very clean, well kept, nice sized and nicely appointed room.
• Nothing.

“I really did not expect much. My son and I have come to expect very little from any hotel with "Inn" in its name. Needless to say we were very pleasantly surprised. It seemed to be fairly new. It has a continental breakfast, and not only free internet access, but also a complimentary computer to access it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My son and I were doing college tours so this was the 6th of 7 hotels/motels we had spent the night in over the course of the last two weekends. As we are from a large city, we were not put off by the 15 minute or so drive to the airport and downtown. It was actually one of the nicer hotels we have stayed in over the last couple of weeks and also one of the least expensive. Not only would I recommend it to my friends and family, I would stay there again.”
