• I didn't realize the continental breakfast was $10.

• Friendly staff.
• Blankets not warm enough.

“Beds only had a very thin blanket, was cold all night, got in too late and was too tired to ask for another to be brought up, but felt a warm blanket should be a staple. Staff was very friendly, On site resturant was understaffed, we waited forever, but once the food came it was excellent.”

“The staff at this hotel was not friendly on check. As I was traveling with my 15 year old son, we hoped to have 2 beds and as the hotel was nearly empty, did not think our polite request was asking alot.”

• Reception area was relatively nice.
• Restaurant was poor.

“I now have stayed at both within the past 3 months and the differences are staggering. In fact, I recently stayed at the courtyard Marriott North in Woburn and that hotel was far superior to this Holiday Inn. Still can't understand why this is rated so high.”

• Great hotel.
• The smell of chlorine (from the swimming pool) was very strong in the hotel lobby.

“You must have a car to stay at this hotel. The hotel is about ten miles outside of Boston. It is right next to Interstate 93. The rooms and the lobby of the hotel are beautiful and clean. I was very pleased with the accommodations and the staff. No fee for parking your car overnight.”

• Great location for our purpose of travel; visiting family.
• The host of the breakfast buffet was not very friendly.

“Overall, I had a great stay. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The bar was not what I expected and only open until 10:30. The host of the breakfast buffet was unfriendly.”

• The room/hotel/ bathroom were very clean- I love that.
• The mattresses were firm and very, very uncomfortable.

“The access to the highway was very convenient, staff was helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I did change rooms once cause of the horrible night sleep cause of the awfully firm mattress, when we switched rooms the mattress was the same, another sleepless night.”

• Extremely efficient front desk staff, convenient to highway, very comfortable beds, free internet hookup.

“Very happy with our stay, the staff was excellent, upbeat and pleasant and helpful. Restaurant on premises, very conveniently located at intersection of I-93 and I-95. Plenty of parking. We were thrilled to have free internet available in our room and most of all the beds were extremely comfortable. Great stay.”

• Clean, comfortable, attractive, feeling of elegance.
• A bit of a challenge to find, can hear freeway if on that side.

“Courtyard Marriotts in general have seemed to have the same consistency. Great personal, clean, attractive. Hotel was a bit off the beaten path. If you are on the side of the freeway you can hear it.”

• Very comfortable beds and room was large.
• Nothing.

“This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is my favorite one in this area. The beds are fantastic, with down pillows and comforters. It is a quiet location at the back of a business park. Very safe, and quiet. I love this place. Not for travelers without a car, or looking for night life. Great for recharging business travelers.”

• The pull out soft had no sheets and we had to go downstairs to the front desk twice to get sheets. We were first told that they couldn't leave the.

“Desk and we would just have to make due. My 81 year old father in law should not have to sleep on a dirty mattress! I have over 250,000 points with Marriott and expect much better service from a Marriott property.”
