• Bed was comfy.
• Room location and bathroom.

“The hotel is in a prime location; however, this is the only perk of the hotel. Had an interior room which was very humid due to the indoor pool and the bathroom was very small, dated and no ventilation. The room itself was nice with Wi-Fi, LCD TV, and comfy bed. Staff was not very helpful with the exception of one or two employees.”

• The wakeup service did not work and the A/C did not cool properly.

“This hotel is very convenient to the T line. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. There is no refrigerator nor a microwave in this room. Outside of these issues, we enjoyed our stay at this location.”

• Location of the pool, easy access to parking garage and that it could fit our large Express Van
• No outside windows

“This hotel definitely fit the "bill" for us. We were in Boston to drop our son off at school. The hotel staff were very accommodating. But most importantly, their underground garage is very accessible and could accommodate our Chevy Express passenger van, which has a very long wheel base and it 6'6" high. The Marriot, which is just down the street, has a parking garage that just barely fit our vehicle (one inch clearance from our roof even though it states it is 6' 9") and was hot and musty. The lobby was nice, and they had a unique garden running across the front. The pool is centrally located and just a step away from some of the rooms and is in an activity area.”

• NY: Convenient, super comfy beds, good aircon. Brookline: clean, huge room, overall good value.
• NY: Bland lobby. Brookline: funky smell in atrium area..

“NY: Wyndham: overall, a great value, super clean rooms, very comfortable beds, for NY, great room in a convenient hood. Brookline: For a budget-minded traveler, this hotel offers everything you need: huge rooms, convenient to T, near Brookline Village, friendly staff.”

• The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.
• The internet connection did not reach my room lost 2 days of work.

“Great hotel and location, friendly staff but wireless connection is terrible. Do not go if you need to get work done unless you want to be waiting to use the computer and printer every time.”

• Recently remodeled room, and very nice.
• The parking garage had standing water and cost $18 per night.

• Price was good and location was also good.
• TV did not work, did not know that I had to pay $36 for parking.

“Great proximity to Harvard sports facilities. Hotel is ok, if you only need a place to sleep. Common areas are drab and run down. Staff was great, though.”

• Pool right outside the door.
• No window to outside.

“The shower was full of cleaner and grit like it was getting ready to be cleaned. The pool water was milky. It took too long to get anything from the front desk like turn on the jacuzzi, open the workout room extra towels-none at the pool. Ice machine didn't work.”

• Our second room was very nice.
• Our first room stank so bad. The pool is in open area right outside the rooms.

“Great location with "T" at the front door. Nobody was using the restaurant, seemed odd, but there is plenty of highly rated food places close by (walking distance). The front staff were always busy, understaffed. Room stank soo bad it was hard to breath and opening the door had the pool and hot tub right there, shouting and yelling from the youngsters, not a nice experience. But then they gave us another great room on the 6th floor, all newly renovated with just the smell of new furniture. Parking $18/night. The hotel lacked any personality.”

• The bathroom always has some hair somewhere and things in the corners of the floor.

“Great location, staff was helpful for most part, I did get a knock on my door at 2:30 am by a staff member only to realize he was at the wrong room, and then phoned my room a half hour later to apologize.”

• Very convenient to Coolidge Corner, Brookline where I needed to be.
• Don't like that the only window in room faces a Glass Enclosed Corridor. Hence, curtains must always be drawn for privacy.

“This is a decent and clean hotel. If you need to be near Coolidge Corner, Brookline which is one of my favorite neighborhoods, then this is a decent option.”

“The hotel was clean and nice, though when we arrived we were told that check in was not until 3 or 4 instead of 2:00. Otherwise the location was great, right across from the T station. There was a nice shopping and neighborhood area surrounding the hotel.”
