“Nice decor, poor service and attitude, pool/spa was closed but no one was cleaning it and it looked fine. After 18 hours of driving it was the only thing I was looking forward to. There was also no cable TV, the analog stations were very poor quality. Also parking was $18/night, even for paying guests.”

“Location was great, but upon arrival got hit with an additional $18/day parking fee. Also there was no coffee out for guests in lobby. Ive been in over 20 Marriott hotels, and this is the only one without. The front desk said they only have it out in AM hours. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Overall, it is a 2-3 star hotel in a 3-4 star location, that is the only reason it got a 3 star. I will use again though, as I said the rooms are clean and the location is great for my work.”

“I don't have high standards so for me this was quite luxurious. Nice decor in the rooms. Small computer room near lobby, internet access in the rooms. The location was superb for my daughter and me. Lots of inexpensive (and expensive) restaurants within walking distance. Bus and T stop just a 2 minute walk. Safe parking right below the hotel. The service was absolutely friendly and helpful.”

“Great staff - clean, upscale facilities. Bit of a challenge to drive to if new to city driving. Additional cost to park was a bit of a surprise. Would also have appreciated a free buffet breakfast, and may be a bar and grill on site.”

“We had stayed in downtown Boston hotels before with higher prices and equal or fewer amenities. Our room was spacious and had free WiFi. There was an exercise room and one could purchase a glass of wine in the lobby. The hotel has a small restaurant. The only discordant note was that my husband and I both noticed that the elevator rugs really needed to be vacuumed, although the rest of the hotel was very clean. There's also an attached garage with reasonable rates for Boston. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Nice location, but the road construction out in front of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Not much in the way of nice restaurants nearby. However, inside everything was very lovely. Nicer room and bathroom than the higher priced hotels downtown. Free wi-fi is great, especially since high-end hotels charge $10 or more for access. Parking was $15 a night, reasonable. I'd definitely recommend staying here.”
