“I have reserved 10 rooms to member of our families who came for my son's wedding.They told me the were very pleased during their stay in the two Courtyard hotels by Marriot in Woburn.”

• I liked the location. Food was close by as well as other shopping and it was close to Boston.
• Was not there long enough to find anything I didn't like.

• No dislikes one of the best.

“My 7 year old had a great time around the pool. Rooms were just great with everything for your needs. Would go back anytime.”

• Close to downtown.
• A little hard to access, but nothing too bad.

“This was a nice, clean, affordable hotel that was close to the 93/95 interchange. It was 15 minutes from the airport and downtown, but a fraction of the cost of downtown hotels. It had good access to nearby restaurants as well.”

• Quick registration, restaurant next door, directions as to amenities quickly.
• They would not let me get two queen size for my friend and I and we had to use small pull-out.

• It was very clean and new.
• It did not have a complimentary breakfast.

“The hotel was very comfortable and clean. It had easy access to all highways. It was close to shopping. I was disappointed that they did not have a complimentary breakfast and that there was not a refrigerator in the room. Also, we were booked into a room with a queen size bed. We wanted two queens but they were very accommodating and did change us. I would stay there again.”

• I liked the location to shopping, food and highways.
• A new guest opened the door to MY room at about 8am and he said that front desk gave him the key thinking the room was empty.

“This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time the front desk gave me a key to a dirty room but was apologetic and gave me a new one. The second and most recent trip at about 8am-the morning on the day of check out, I hear a key being swiped in my door and it opened. Thankfully I had the latch on and yelled "hello" and he responded that he was sorry and that the person at the front desk said that the room was vacant! I had no time to complain to the front desk. Its very unsettling to me that the front desk is giving keys to rooms that have not been cleaned after someone has checked out, and to rooms that are occupied. Lazy.”

• It was near everything, restaurants, shopping, and highways.
• The safety of my car in the parking lot.

“This hotel met my expectations. The people at the front desk were very friendly and it was clean. The only problem that we had was that the first room they gave us was dirty.”

• Staff was friendly and helpful.
• Mold was growing between the tiles in the bathroom and air unit was very loud. Hard to sleep.

“Hotel was convenient and reasonably priced for a last minute stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a comfortable bed to sleep in, it is great. It does not offer any extras, but was more than enough for a place to crash.”

• Wife and friendly.
• It was a non smoking hotel room and I smoke so a question could be put on saying smoking or non smoking?

“This hotel was clean, friendly and cozy. The only thing is a question should be added if someone wants smoking or non smoking.”

• Convenient location to family.
• Variability of hotel staff with respect to helpfulness, demeanor and knowledge of hotel billing.

“We have stayed at this courtyard Woburn Hotel on Mishawka 2 or 3 times per year over a 10 year period. We were treated differently...our request for 2 queen beds prior to arrival was ignored despite availability...front desk staff was extremely variable in helpfulness, demeanor, and knowledge of hotel billing policy as we stayed an extra day.”

• Clean, friendly staff.

“This hotel was great. Clean. The staff knew the area and had typed instructions to local attractions. Very friendly and made me feel at home. When I asked the handy man the location of the ice machine he even walked me to it. During this trip I stayed at a four star hotel in New York the staff and the management could learn a lesson from the staff at this hotel.”
