“Hotel was nice. Excellent location to train which was a block away. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and air working fine.”

• Very close to the MBTA. Friendly staff and soft beds.
• No vent in the bathroom is my only problem.

“This hotel was awesome! We stayed there to go to a Red Sox game. It was a short walk to the T, then just a ride and short walk to Fenway. It was very clean, and the beds were soft.”

• Staff very helpful.
• Room was at street level.

“Staff was super helpful getting cabs, check out etc. Room was really at the far end from reception on the ground floor and at street level so pretty loud and didn't feel as secure as one closer and on second floor might have for a woman travelling with teenage daughter.”

“Good location in quiet part of Boston between Boston College and Boston University. Subway/trolley stop was within a few hundred yards. Residential area with neighborhood shops. Older hotel, not fancy, but staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Closed to the Boston station.
• Drainage problem in bathtub.

“The hotel location is very closed to the Boston station and a few decent restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wireless internet was offered but only worked in one of the two rooms we had. We reported drainage problem of bathtub which was not fixed immediately (fixed two days later).”

• The room was spacious and beautifully decorated.
• Housekeeping was knocking at the door prior to the check out time.

“This hotel was wonderful! I really enjoyed my stay. There was a fantastic employee behind the desk who deserves to be recognized because he gave exceptional service. After I checked in he gave me directions to get to the Subway from the hotel. Then he was working again in the morning when I checked out and this time he gave me directions to get to the highway. He had a map and highlighted the route I was to take. It made it easy for me to get where I was going.”

“The bathroom needs an electric ventilation system other than the open window. The stay was great; due to the nice staff members, breakfast, location, color scheme and cleanliness of the hotel. 2 thumbs up!”

• The cost.
• I would not stay again. Reminded me of Red Roof Inn.

“I was really unhappy with my choice. Location was way out of the usual business area, the AC (we don't open windows in a city) worked for 5 minutes and took a break. Front desk told me this was not faulty. Phone had no dial tone. If I opened the shade I could see inside private house and they could see me.”

• The landscaping, and the extended complimentary breakfast.

“This was a treasure. One can easily access the T, and travel into Boston proper. Nearby there is a Whole Foods, perfect for a traveler with a kitchenette; healthy entries to heat up and enjoy. The front desk staff was very attentive, and the housekeeping is done with an eye toward perfection. Lovely kitchenette and bathroom, very good beds, trees outside the window. Loved it.”

“Hotel was near the tram which was very good for me going to Fenway park. Have a few good restaurants near by, but I choose to eat at the stadium. I would like to stay there if I had a choice visiting Boston. Good for the single travelers.”

• The staff were wonderful even stayed on phone till we found the hotel.

• I liked its convenience to Boston College and that there was a mini fridge and microwave.
• The continental breakfast didn't have many non dairy options, should have had some fruit.

“In general, I enjoyed staying at this hotel because it had everything I needed, the staff was very helpful and it was close to public transportation and the university I was visiting.”

“Great hotel! Free parking is huge in Boston. The continental breakfast had many hot items and the free wireless internet was an added plus. The subway is steps from the hotel, making transport in bean town easy.”
