• I enjoyed the convenience of having a small kitchen area. It felt like I was in my own space.
• The first day I found hair in the bathroom that did not belong to me.

• Very nice, clean hotel, pleasant amenities with everything easily accessible.
• One vending machine, water sold out, bed was small and too firm for me.

“It is a very clean well kept hotel, staff was friendly. I am 6'5 and the bed was on the small side and too firm for my liking but overall was very pleased with the room.”

• Nothing, all was very nice and clean.

“I would recommend this hotel for families staying a few nights minimum. Go grocery shopping, right across the St. Eat as though you were at home.”

• Smaller, friendly, desk in room, wireless.
• Wireless was slow, TV remote did not work.

“There was a lot to like about this Hotel. It did feel like home for the three nights we were there. Easy parking, very safe location right across from Applebees and a Stop & Shop - Stove and refrigerator, toaster in room! My wife and I loved it. Very close to RT128/95 and then RT93.”

• There is no restaurant in the hotel.

“Overall, this hotel is good place for short term business traveler, it is close to everything, and is clean and quit. The only thing, I don't like dogs be in any of the rooms.”

• The room was a little too warm for my taste.

“I like this hotel - I stay there whenever I visit my sister and her family since it is 5 miles from her home. It is comfortable and the staff has always been friendly and courteous to me.”

• No pay-per-view.

“Great location, right off 95, close to 93, just a short walk to grocery store, liquor store and Appleby's. Designed for longer-term stays; rooms are cleaned once a week. If you aren't quiet you'll disturb the neighbors; clearly intended for business travelers rather than families.”

• Front desk staff checked in with you to see that all was well with the room.
• Breakfast could be a bit more varied.

“Comfy, homey feel to rooms with kitchenettes, sofa and work desk. For short stays it was nice to not have to worry about vacating the room for cleaning yet extra towels were in bathroom vanity area.”

• Rooms are spacious and well stocked with cooking supplies. Beds are comfortable. Workstations are large with reasonable internet charges.
• Need to pay more attention to slow drains, closet doors that jam, light bulbs that are burned out. Should not have to wait for the customer to report.

“I prefer this hotel to any 3 star. I love having a kitchen where I can prepare healthy food. The location is very close to the major highways.”

• The kitchenette was great; internet access affordable and reliable.
• The bed was a little too firm.

“A little difficult to get in and out of due to construction of the right lane; the location was great with grocery store, apple bees within walking distance. Kitchen was equipped with some dishes, pots and pans. I liked that I could leave my stuff everywhere and know that no one was going to come in while I was gone (maid service weekly).”

• Convenient to the major highways.
• Filthy carpet, hard beds, inconvenient layout of room, no indoor pool.

“After three days of complaining, we were finally moved to another room, after the toilet quit working, on top of the filthy carpets, the closet doors not opening properly, and the staff's poor customer's service (we asked for directions for public transportation; she handed me a piece of paper with times on it and no explanation of how to get there.) It was not worth the price we paid.”

• Acceptably priced for a Boston area hotel.
• Aging and worn.

“Acceptable low priced accommodations. No access to mass transit. Use of air deodorants slightly unsettling. Worn carpets and fixtures; my bathroom sink was clogged. Size and height of fixtures slightly inconvenient for tall people (Im 6'2") requiring lots of bending to use sinks and shower.”

• It was just average. Convenient to airport.
• Somewhat questionable area.

“Just average. I was concerned when the parking lot signs warned about theft and told you to take you belongingness out of the car. But, it was clean and easy access to the airport.”

“Internet worked infrequently. Staff was only available 50 percent of the time even though front desk was open 24 hours. I would not have paid any more than I did for this room.”
