• The bed.
• One working elevator.

“Very clean and comfortable, when i asked about where the closest beach on the ocean was they told me and also printed off directions without me having to ask, were very helpful with the train schedule and the room service was wonderful!”

• Room decor and room service was on par.
• Tub backed up filth, HVAC/AC was faulty, had to call to have cable repaired.

“Perhaps I am just used to the more polished Hilton located in Boston's Financial District, in that overall I found no comparison/correlation between the two.”

• Dark, mostly quiet room with very good bed.
• Only 3 levels so corridors very long and prone to loud conversations.

• Hotel is inconveniently located; poorly planned parking; room located at the end of an extremely long corridor on the lower level.

• Convenient location and price.
• Internet was 49 cents per minute - Unacceptable in today's market.

“Location was perfect to get into small towns, onto interstate and MBTA rail line was within a short walk. Very clean atmosphere, ample free parking. Food was good - breakfast bit pricy, but other meals in line. I would definitely stay again when in to area.”

• Very nice fitness facility.
• Ceiling was leaking and leaving puddle inside my room, and some ceiling tiles were missing.

“The fitness center was the best part of the hotel. I stay at hotels about 90 days out of the year and that was by far the nicest gym I've ever seen at a hotel. The pool was nice and so was the lobby. My room was leaking heavily from the ceiling although and it was basically leaving a puddle in front of the door inside my room. I told the front desk and it sounded like they were aware of the problem, so I didn't really understand why they checked us into that room. There were also ceiling tiles missing.”

“AC was not working. I had to call 3 times
and had to go by at end to find out that they could not fix the AC. They said someone would come by and I waited 3 1/2 hours.”

• New room renovations and food from room service was delicious.
• Outrageous charges to my bill from having to use the hotel phone.

“Nicely renovated rooms, delicious food, close but not too close to highway, friendly and helpful staff and convenient parking however do not use the room telephone as the charges are outrageous. ( It took away from the total enjoyment of our stay).”
