• The whirlpool was nice.
• The bathroom was not clean.

• The pool and hot tub area were clean and pleasant.
• Staff was
  unable to provide a cot for an extra child.

“The rooms were on the small side compared to other Residence Inns. The breakfast is a great and convenient way to start the day. Very basic food, but well presented and in clean surroundings. Very conveniently located. Very frustrated not to be able to get a cot for an extra child. All in all, well worth the money. Would definitely stay there again.

• Spacious rooms, 2 TVs great breakfast.

“Clean, close to major road, large rooms, nice staff. Comp breakfast was fresh and hot, facility was in good shape.”

• Fully equipped kitchen facilities.
• Complimentary breakfast was cut-rate.

“Highway noise was a distraction and air handling unit was loud, but otherwise a comfortable, well-equipped room. They accommodated an early check-in and front desk staff was very pleasant.”

• Good breakfast, good staff and clean room.
• Delay in room service, first night was in a smoking room by the side of an Interstate highway.

“Good location. Good courteous staff. Everything was average and wouldn't mind spending $50 a night.”

• The amenities. Full breakfast with several choices. Saturday and Sunday Boston Globe. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.
• I slipped, fell in the tub-shower unit. The tub unit did not have a shower mat or press-on grippers. DANGEROUS!!!

“The facility was conveniently located within 3.0 miles of Amtrak station and adjacent to the Interstate. This was extremely important for our particular visit. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and interested in your visit being special. The breakfast that was offered each weekend morning was sumptuous, well prepared, fresh and restocked frequently. Choices were varied and care was taken to offer fresh fruits, yogurt and even Belgian waffles. Parking was ample and free. Although we did not avail ourselves of the fitness area, whirlpool or indoor pool. These amenities were clean and well maintained. This Residence Inn facility was very well managed and staffed. ”
