  • A sales meeting was being held in the same hotel so I did not have to travel extra to get to the meeting.
  • Ceiling in stair lobby leaking, the smell of rodent spray was everywhere.

“I have stayed in this hotel 2 previous times, the first being the best. I will probably not stay there again.”

  • Located near the family we visited.
  • Lack of breakfast service and higher price than we requested.

“It was unfortunate that major infrastructure renovation was going on making it difficult to find one's way into and out of the motel. Temporary signs would have made a big difference.”

  • Not a 3 star, maybe a 2 or 2.5.

“This is a quick stop motel. Truck driver place, Not a 3 star hotel for vacation. If you are doing 1 or 2 nights for business its ok, not great but ok. Internet should be free 100% of the building. But because of the location it can be charged.”

  • The bed was firm and not old.
  • The non smoking king rooms were all the 2nd floor, with no elevator, this is a problem.

“I booked a king non smoking room and when I checked in, they said the only floor in this 8 story hotel plus 2 wings was the 2nd floor where there was no elevator. Well, when you have knee problems up and down stairs is not what you want. I was told be the person checking me in that I would have to take a queen non smoking or smoking room.”

  • The restaurants and cinema near were good.
  • Services desk staff unorganized, inexperienced/ lacked training, confidentiality for guest and security with information (voice/tone).

“The am shuttle driver was rude and lazy; he did not open the van door nor handle my luggage upon entry or exit. On the trip to the mall he motioned from the driver seat for me to get in the van. On my departure, he told me the van was out front, to get in. At the bus station he pulled up behind the bus sat in his seat and watched me struggle to get out with my bags and luggage as the bus pulled off.”

  • Having to make my own coffee in the room.

“The holiday inn was well staffed. The room was clean and comfortable. While there was a coffee maker in the room, I would have preferred there to be coffee available in the lobby to grab on my way out.”

  • Wonderful shower! Clear, easy to operate; only one dials, hot, cold. More, less. Wonderful spray!
  • Not observing the chosen room type.

“I do not know what was going on Friday Aug 3, but there was confusion, irregularities, disgruntled customers, yet the staff did not seem to loose their cool. It is possible that the housekeeper on the floor did not speak/understand English.”

  • Convenient location for visiting family in the area.
  • No elevator in the older section and the stairwells were hot.

“The price was right! The indoor pool appeared to have a film of dirt on the top.”

  • Except for water leak, experience was very good.
  • Water leaked very early a.m. from floor above (person fell asleep in tub), and hotel did nothing for our inconvenience. We cleaned up the water.

“Except for the room above us overflowing their tub and causing water to leak into our room and wake my children, and hotel doing nothing to clean it up or accommodate our inconvenience. Everything was fine.”

  • Bathroom needed rerouting, older hotel in need of refurbishing.

“Small pool, not very well maintained. After I looked at the water quality, I decided not to swim. No hot tub. The rooms were average, the beds comfortable. The bathroom needs to be redone. The location of the hotel is convenient to the highway, but it is a 45- 60 commute in to Boston. It might only be 20 miles away, but with traffic its a long commute. I would not pay to stay here again.”

  • They told me it was $10 per night for refrigerator/microwave and only charged one night
  • The front desk clerk said we only had 2nd story room availability with no elevator and my wife has had 2 back surgeries.

“The front desk attendant made me feel like bottom of the barrel customer.”
