“The hotel was OK, but definitely not a 3.5 star. The breakfast was overpriced for an average quick bite to eat, but for some reason the breakfast server was the only hotel employee who knew anything about getting to the subway. We asked three different desk attendees and all had no idea how to get there, and none made any phone calls to find out. Poor effort.”

“The hotel is in a nice location with easy access to US1 and I95. The grounds are well kept and the service staff is good. The rooms are neat and clean, however the hotel could use some investments in updating the rooms.”

“The hotel was fine. However, it would have been helpful to know upfront that the pool was only open certain hours of the day. Taking my children to a hotel with a pool was my first consideration. It was disappointing to them not to be able to swim until the lifeguard came on duty.”

“This hotel was ok. I expected a 2 1/2 star hotel to be better updated. I felt like I was staying in a 1 star. The room had the bare necessities. I expect better from a 2 1/2 star. There were no mirrors on the walls. We had to go to Boston for a funeral and it was very difficult getting ready with only one mirror in the room and 2 people.”
