• Very clean.

• Most rooms have balconies.
• Housekeeping is too early.

“We had a great experience at the Hyatt Andover. It was minutes from our destination of Salem, NH. Easy on off the highway. Although we didn't have breakfast, it smelled good! Shampoo and soap were the only toiletries offered, so bring your own conditioner, lotion, etc. We heard housekeeping next door at 8 AM. Vacuuming. It's a hotel that caters to businesspeople, so it's understandable housekeeping starting early. We had a balcony room which was appreciated. We didn't find too many restaurants in the area; a sub shop and local market and Dunkin Donuts were a couple of miles down the road.”

• You need to know how much someone owes when they are leaving, so not to make them late for what they booked the room for in the first place.
• The receptionist upon check out was clue less, and I will not have my dance company stay there next year.

“I found your hotel to be perfect until my daughter tried to check out and they pertained her for 45 minutes which made her miss a dance number. They tied to make her pay double and when she brought it to our attention they did the same with other mother's from my studio. Unless you can make it up to her for missing the main dance number she came for I will not have my company stay there next year.”

• No restaurant on the weekend in hotel.

• Unfriendly staff and unwilling to help.

“This hotel is under massive renovation. This was a huge inconvenience for me. I should have been informed of the renovation prior to booking and given the option to cancel or book another hotel. The staff at the front desk upon check-in seemed bothered to be checking me in and was un-helpful in responding to simple request.”
