• Location, style.
• Most hotels in area have free breakfast.

• Lobby is beautiful. Bar is upscale.
• Sheets were very stiff.

“Hotel is very clean, inviting. Rooms were average sized. Can check-out via the TV. One weird thing - room had separate exit to the parking lot. All in all, good experience.”

• It was clean, quiet and the desk personnel were very nice.

“I didn't get to do a lot at the hotel, but I was shocked that this hotel wasn't booked solid on a Friday night. I wanted to stay there for my second night, but I had already booked with another hotel through Priceline.”

• Pool and spa were immaculately clean and well-kept
• Desk advises on check in about recent rash of car break-ins

“Well-kept Wyndham property, definitely a 3 star. Lobby and rooms well-appointed with full range of amenities including complimentary coffee. No fee for parking. Presenting Wyndham Rewards number at check-in yielded an upgraded room with a small balcony facing the forest. A/C worked well on a hot, humid day.”

• Excellent quality and the comfiest beds I've ever slept in!

“The beds were so comfy we didn't want to get up in the morning! The staff were incredibly friendly, and told me everything I needed to know and more when I asked about breakfast.”

• Beautiful lobby and guest room. Comfortable beds.
• Only one computer for guest use. No coffee or continental breakfast for guests.

“Very pretty ambiance. Cool sports bar and also a nicer lounge. The pool, spa, and fitness room were being renovated. Looks like it will be fantastic! Courteous staff.”

• Balcony room, and walking trails along river.
• Pool renovations.

“Our stay was for a company outing, we went to an amusement park, and it was a nice break to come back here and clean up, get a nice dinner and head back to the park for the fireworks.”

• Comfy bed, nice room. I had no complaints.
• Yucky beer smelling bar/lounge. Not an inviting space. Hallways smelled a little musty too.

“This hotel was very convenient, extremely reasonably priced, comfortable, and offered free Wi-Fi. I was very pleased with my stay.”

• The hotel was very nice, the staff as awesome.
• The wireless internet that the hotel never worked in our room, and no one at the hotel seemed to care. Tech support was even less helpful.

“This hotel was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect, as I was teaching a training within 5 miles. We enjoyed staying here, but I was unable to access my email the whole time, and despite my repeated requests for help, the hotel staff was unable to help, except to refer me to the tech support number, and they were unable to help either.”

• The room terrific, bed was super comfy.
• Pool was small and over run by a school group.

“The lobby and room accommodations were lovely with super comfy beds. While we were in a non-smoking room and it was fine, the hall definitely smelled like smoke.”

• It was fine.
• The pattern in the hall carpet made it like walking through a time warp.

“Clean, pleasant, well located. I would suggest they change their hall carpet. At least on the third floor it was like staring at one of those moving spiral displays that mess with your peripheral vision. So besides having to look at your feet when you walked down the hall, it was generally a very nice place to stay.”

• The swimming pool.
• When I called they said the room came with a continental breakfast for $8.95.

“We called the hotel the night before we checked in and the same person that told us the bad information on the breakfast, he also told us that a room with two queen beds was reserved for us. When we got in our room, we discovered a room with two double beds not two queen beds. We called the main desk and they said they don't have any queen beds at all, just king beds and double beds. Somebody there needs to be re-educated about what they are telling customers over the phone. For being a highly rated hotel, it seems strange they don't have queen size beds. Even holiday inns and Hampton inns have queen beds.”

• Basic accommodations. No frills. Quiet.
• Hot tub was not working.

“It was a basic room. In a basic hotel smack in the middle of an office park area. Place I am sure is jammed with business travelers mid week. Place is deserted on weekends. No frills. Clean. Quiet. Cant say much more than that.”
