• I like the gas fireplace and the room set up.
• The bed wasn't as comfortable as other Marriotts I have stayed in and we didn't get the King we reserved.

“Cozy, quiet, clean and comfortable. Located just twenty minutes north of downtown Boston. The easy freeway access to i-93 and i-495 makes this residence inn the perfect location for any activities in the north Boston area.”

“We went for a stay in St. Louis for the first time on one of our excursions to see the Cardinals. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The bathroom was described as marble... the counter top and the tile on the walls. The TV features were not all operating... hotel survey/information and movie features. We spent a lot of time shopping in the mall. It is a bit of a hike from the parking lot to the front entrance. Valet is available for $18. Parking is $12/day. The front desk will provide a tag that you will need to show to the parking lot attendant for in/out trips. We went to forest park one day. We used the metro train to get to the stadium, but it can also be a nice walk from the hotel. We would definitely consider staying here again.”

• The staff is wonderful!! The rooms are very welcoming.
• There was NOTHING that I did not like!

“I have stayed there before, and am thrilled to go back everytime. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the staff is accommodating! My children like all the outdoor activities.”

• The hotel was very clean, and had great pool and spa.
• Maybe there could have been better signage.

“Check-in was easy and fast(as well as check-out). The staff was great and very helpful with local information. There was a heated pool and spa, as well as a fireplace in our room (which was nice because it was chilly and raining when we arrived)We have stayed in other Residence Inns and have always found them immaculate and the full breakfast wonderful.”

“Liked it very much, would stay there again. Location was close to highway, rooms were immaculate, people friendly, there was nothing lacking anywhere, accommodated our late check in! Would strongly recommend to anyone.”

“The Residence Inn was great with one big exception. The bed was terrible. When I complained, the staff said that most of their guests complain and that all the mattresses are bad, very soft and unsupportive. I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed. It was more comfortable than the bed!”
