  • Location was fantastic. Boston 20 min one way, Walden Pond 20 min the other. Shopping all around; movies next door.
  • Would have preferred two beds and internet access was an extra charge and pretty slow.

“Friendly staff with good knowledge of the area and good advice on how to get places. The hotel charges for housekeeping, but the rooms are designed for extended stay, with a kitchen (fridge, stove top, microwave oven), so cleaning up after yourself seems natural enough.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Very nice room.
  • The kitchen is supposed to be fully equipped. It had one pan. Other kitchen amenities were OK.

“Centrally located to Burlington Mal and lots of Restaurants. Nice king size bed and Handicapped facilities. We enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit our daughter, son in law and grand twins!”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[8] • Location:[10]

  • Convenient and cool.
  • Ceiling was peeling a bit.

“Very convenient to Boston, comfortable, great value. Pleasant staff.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[10] • Location:[7]

  • Price, location near highway, friendly staff, 5$ per stay WiFi (many other charge 10$ per day), near a shopping mall, flexible helpful staff & manager.
  • Cleanliness can be better - 1st day in the room; bathroom was dirty; as was some other parts of the room.

“This place has clearly gone from a dog's night mare to a decent affordable place. It is unfair to judge it for what it is without looking at previous year's reviews in 2004-2005, and how things have improved in 2008. The staff will be friendly, they are a smart bunch too, and makes up the whole difference for some un-cleaned corners.”

  • Loud refrigerator and toilet.

“The hotel was decent for the price. This is a no frills hotel.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • Great location with interior corridors.
  • Can't think of anything.

“This hotel is located on the north side of Boston with easy access to the interstate. There are numerous shops and restaurants nearby, including a large mall across the street. The hotel also has an arrangement by which one can use a nice fitness center for free. The kitchenettes in the rooms allows one to make his/her own meals; there is a grocery store within about a 10-minute drive.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[4] • Location:[6]

  • No daily cleaning room service.

“Good for a cheap place to stay outside of Boston and drive into the city. No frills room, no daily cleaning room service unless you stay a week. We paid 1/5th the price of a Downtown Boston hotel for this place, so we are happy. But be aware, it is what it is, and no more than that.”

“Location of hotel is nice, but not clean in all areas of room.”

May 7, 2008 by Andrea D. from Portsmouth, RI

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[1] • Location:[6]

  • Near Burlington Mall.
  • Corridors stank of smoke.

“I wasn't in a smoking room, but the corridors stank of smoke. The mattress sagged, the bedding looked like it came from a thrift store, and the carpet stank. The room was just big enough for a queen bed and a kitchenette. Thrift store plates, cups etc. The trash cans had not been emptied in my room and there was a huge stain on the arm chair (Blood? Wine? Oil? Gross). Big parking lot and hotel looks new from the outside, I would never return.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Helpfulness of staff.
  • Location a bit hard to find at first.

“Good, usual suite hotel, kitchen very helpful to have, kind of out of the way but staff very nice and helpful.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Reasonable price, friendly staff
  • No Comcast SportsNet on TV, couldn't watch the Celtics.

“It was a great experience overall, with a nicely equipped kitchen, courteous staff, good TV, and comfortable vibe. They need to get Comcast SportsNet on the television though. I am a Celtics fan. Come on now.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[9] • Location:[10]

  • Location and nice staff.
  • Could use some spiffing up. Carpets in hallways, cracked counter.

“Can't beat the price.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[6] • Location:[8]

  • Bed was comfortable.
  • No business center or free wireless.

“The bed was comfortable, the most important part to me. The hotel is quiet since it is away from the highway, though a bit hidden. it is an extended stay hotel and so my one day stay was out of the ordinary. There is a nearly full kitchen in each room. Wireless cost $4.99 regardless of the length of stay and there was not a business center. Great location for me since I had an interview blocks away.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[2] • Location:[6]

  • Nothing.
  • Poor service at the front desk.

“Employees were unfriendly for the exception of one person. My vehicle was damaged by a thief trying to break in. People in room above ours made excessive loud banging noises by stomping, dropping things & TV being to loud.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[8]

  • I Liked the quality of the bed and linens.
  • Upon arrival the heat in my room was completely off, it was very uncomfortable.

“The Hilton Hotel in Woburn looks more like an office building than a hotel. It has a very nice lobby area and the front desk staff was very pleasant. The heat in my room was off upon arrival, I cranked it up as high as it would go , it seemed to take forever to heat the place up. The bathroom however never quite warmed up. I do like the beds and linens at this hotel.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • Check in very easy.
  • Only had one pot to cook in and tough to fry eggs in a pot.

“Clean, efficient, but not well stocked (hardly stocked at all) in the kitchen. Could have used the small containers of shampoo as we forgot ours thinking they are always in the hotels.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Adequate room for the money. We sleep there and go to visit our daughter and grandchildren.
  • Lobby very sandy, they recently had snow but no one cleaned it the 3 days we were there.

“Adequate hotel for sleeping and fixing light breakfast. Near our family good value for the money.”

  • Large rooms, crisp sheets, clean room.
  • Parking goes fast! Then you roll luggage over curbs.

“One of the better places for the star rating. Rooms are large + clean kitchenette, crisp sheets, and no noise from the street/airplanes, etc. Overall very comfortable and secure! Friendly staff!”
