• It was clean and convenient.
• The bathroom needed updating and the room looked like it was missing a bed.

“Decorated with a male traveler in mind. Furnishings are adequate. Bathroom needs updating. Convenient location.”

• Clean, comfortable, private and enough luxury to make it pleasant.
• I did not like eating dinner in a sports bar. I would like a nice restaurant.

“Good for business travel. Not exceptionally luxurious but pleasant, clean, comfortable and convenient. Food was good but not great. Would have liked a nicer restaurant for dinner than a sports bar.”

• My children liked the pool . The movie selection was nice.
• While my children were in the indoor pool the hotel employees opened the doors to the outside . It was barely 40 degrees outside. They advertised queen.

“The room we rented had two queen sized beds and a pull out bed couch. When we got there we were told they didn't have any rooms like that. Only full size beds. The Jacuzzi was broken, an the employees opened the doors to the outside while my children were swimming in the pool. It was barely 40 degrees outside. We had a departing present to come home with, colds that lasted a week. We were told there was a free continental breakfast, we went where we were told and paid $60.00 for a cold nasty breakfast (the bill we signed said $40). I was not happy at all. My children hated it.”

• Courtyard area for smoking Jacuzzi and pool.
• Eatery staff were unfriendly and seemed stressed out.

• Great service and staff.
• I was outraged by the fact I had to pay for parking and for this reason will not stay there again.

• The bed was comfortable. Sheets were beautiful.
• Got an ADA room and don't enjoy all the special features.

• The bed and pillows, comforter, etc were oh, so plush!
• Loud party Sunday night right below our room - until 10pm, no help from the front desk regarding this problem.

“The location of this hotel was right off of i-95; however noise from the interstate was not a factor. The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel nicely appointed. The hotel was very helpful in providing directions to the college, as well as to eateries in the area. Although not conveniently within walking distance, a pan era, with free internet service (the hotel's was not free), was about 1/2 mile away. Overall, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The one exception was Sunday evening. There was a loud party right beneath our room, with bass pulsating underneath our floor. When I called the front desk to ask what was going on, the attendant explained there was a party. I asked how long the party would go on, explained our room was very loud etc. After quite a long time I was finally offered an apology. Nothing else was offered. I said I would be calling back if the party was not finished at 10pm and expected a change of room. The party did end on time. However, Sunday evening in our room was unpleasant. ”

• I have to pay extra for parking , which other hotels don't have to in Massachusetts.

“The restaurant overcharged our meal and the extra for parking really put up the overall price which we aimed for.”

• Location (very difficult to find at night) - and parking (not very convenient).

• Shower curtain rod interfered with operation of door in bathroom.

• The bedspreads were contemporary looking, not ugly giant floral.
• The only place to park cost $8 a night, which is unusual in a suburban hotel.

“The staff was very friendly and alert when I arrived very late on a Friday. The hotel was occupied with guests but I was never disturbed by noise. The room was clean, and check-in/check-out was very fast. A very solid hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.”

• Nice setting, clean and accessible to the freeway.
• I heard that you have to pay to use the swimming pool.

“Overall, it was a very good hotel and the price was reasonable. one concern was that our room keys were deactivated when we got back to the hotel on our first night. (we were in 2 rooms with 4 keys) all 4 keys did not work and hotel staff could not provide an acceptable explanation.”

• The room was the cleanest I've ever seen. Staff excellent!
• The pancakes on the room service menu were too expensive.

“The room was spotless. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The staff was amazing and helped me with my credit card issue. Very clean hotel, well situated to the highway, and close to shopping.”

• This place has the most comfortable bed I've slept in.
• They tacked on $6 per night for parking.

“Hotel was very clean. There was a large group of Jr High kids upstairs which I did not hear until you went up to use the pool/gym. I did not use the dining facilities as we went out. The beds are very comfortable.”

• instructions bring in through the unattractive back way....strange

“We needed a refrigerator (for medical reasons) and were given a room that had one, and also was twice the size of normal rooms .... all at no extra charge! Very accommodating and pleasant, thanks to a great attitude on part of staff.”
