• Pool could have been cleaner. Hot tub was out of service.

• The open courtyard, option for smoking.
• No undercover parking.

“For the price, the luxury, the location, the accessibility, the service, the friendly and helpful staff - this is the optimum place to stay in Waltham MA - especially if you require or desire a true suite/separate bedroom from living quarters. Can't wait to go back!”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• The A.C. wasn't working well.

“This hotel worth the stay. Great comfort, room with doors (good with kids), near highway, Subway (3 minutes in car) with big parking, great pool, good for a hit and run in Boston!”

• Did not have a room with 2 beds available. Was not informed that we were put in a handicapped assessable room. Shower was uncomfortable.

“This is a very clean hotel, common areas and rooms alike. Nice restaurant located in lobby with reasonably priced Sunday brunch. Great location for business travelers.”

• The room was comfortable and spacious.
• The hotel was a little dated compared to other hotels I've stayed at recently.

“Hotel was very nice. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have separate rooms since it was a suite. Decor was a little dated, but very nice accommodations!”

• For the price, overall it was excellent. Our breakfast waiter was very accommodating.
• The restaurant hostess discouraged me from taking the free coffee.

• Two beds in one room, pullout sofa in the other - perfect for family.
• Noisy!

“The only thing I did not like was that the hotel had a large central atrium, and every room opened on to it. My husband and I slept on the pullout sofa in the room that opened on to the atrium so my kids could sleep in the bedroom. The atrium had a bar and lots of gathering spaces and it was extremely noisy until the wee hours of the morning. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable too, but the convenience of having it outweighed that.”

• The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The business center was helpful because I could print my boarding passes. The room was great.
• The dinner we had was okay. The Caesar salads were disappointing but the restaurant offered free desserts to compensate!

“I would definitely recommend this hotel and have to others. The price was great for what they offered and the staff and accommodations were exceptional.”
