• Great location.
• Bed to small.

“This place was great. The bed was semi small but the staff was friendly and its in a great location.”

• Sorry.
• Both rooms had a horrible chlorine smell although we never actually saw where the pool was located.

“I would never return. I didn't like the location and the room was not satisfactory.”

• Location, good restaurant, clean, friendly staff.
• Overpriced a little.

“Rooms are clean and big enough for the family. Bathroom in the room was clean and neat. A little refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room. Excellent breakfast menu in the hotel restaurant.”

• Suite with two televisions.
• Driving required going to harbor area.

“We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked into a 3-room suite with two televisions, a microwave and fridge. The decor was bright and clean in appearance.”

• Good location. Close to family and attractions.
• No mini fridge and no microwaves.

“They need to post their restaurant hours. We went to go for breakfast twice and they weren't open. The only time I saw it open was on Sunday morning for breakfast and open for dinner.”

• The hotel staff were very helpful - we were lost and they went out of their way to be helpful.
• Musty rooms.

“As we were only stopping over for a night, the hotel was fine and very affordable. Location isn't bad -- only a few moments away from center of Newport. Staff are friendly. Not many amenities, however.”

• It was great for traveling when going with another couple; very spacious.
• I would have liked a room with a view. And because it was on a busy street we did not leave the windows open at night (too loud).

“It was a great hotel and met all of our needs. I think the price could have been a little lower but it wasn't to overly priced either. Next time I hope to stay somewhere near the water so that I have a beautiful view.”
