• Comfortable bed, range of pillow hardnesses available.
• Cheap construction allowed noise from other rooms and hallway in.

• I usually really like the beds and coverings.
• Very small room; big windows, no draw draperies, lights glaring in all night.

“The exterior was quite inviting and its location off the highway was convenient, yet it was quiet. We saw little staff but the young man at the desk was efficient. The room, however, was quite disappointing. It was extremely small, and although it had two big windows facing parking lots, there was no way to shut out the glaring lights which were just outside. The room was either too hot or too cold and we couldn't seem to get the proper adjustment. These issues kept me from having a good night's sleep, and that is primary when in a hotel. The room, halls and public spaces were clean. I enjoyed being able to use the computer in the lounge area. I am a Marriott Rewards customer, and I expected more from this experience.”

• The public rooms/the pool were well kept and attractive.
• The room keys didn't work.

“Nice place, out of town, not accessible to the Lowell International Folk festival. Also our room keys did not always work which was very inconvenient. One time my card got us into the building, but not into our room. Very bad if there was an emergency and we had to get in quickly or late in the evening. Desk clerk constantly had to re-key the cards. This happened about 6 times in a 2 day stay.”
