• The experience was above my expectations. Clean and comfortable room. The small pool and workout room was a real bonus.

• Exceptionally clean, extra towels available, quiet.
• No dislikes.

“When visiting this area again, we must certainly will book a room at this location. Exceptionally clean, quiet in addition to a lovely pool area which our child thoroughly enjoyed. Continental breakfast was more than commonly found at competitors.”

• Very clean. Great continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Has everything we needed.
• Shuttle service ends at 11 pm, unfair to travelers with a later flight. It is advertised that shuttle service to the airport is included period.

“Very clean hotel offering a good continental breakfast. Rooms are a good size. Very quiet and a very helpful staff. Computer available in the lobby to print off your boarding passes (if you are traveling with Southwest). This was very convenient. Nice clean pool area.”

• Quiet, excellent location. Lobby not busy.
• Staff was 'professionally" polite. One was borderline supercilious.

• I was on the third floor and had a no smoking room close to the elevator. The cigarette smoke from the hall was very strong and came into my room und.

“Overall stay was excellent. A traveling companion with me also felt so, and plans on changing her upcoming reservation from the comfort room in Manchester to the sleep Inn. Staff was very accommodating.”

• Bed sheets were not changed, room was not vacuumed.

• Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff was helpful.
• Complimentary continental breakfast was average, coffee was forgettable.

“This is a very nice place, especially for the price; carpets are clean enough to walk on without shoes, rooms are comfortable, key cards work easily, staff even volunteered to print out my boarding pass for me! I was pleasantly surprised and grateful after a week on the road.”

• Pool area not overly hot, staff friendly, computer in lobby for checking email, and getting directions.
• The bed was lumpy and springs hard.

“Check in was quick as was check out. The pool area was clean and not over heated; the rooms were clean and pleasant. Complementary breakfast was out of several items if you came down after 9.”

• Shuttle to the Airport. Cost of Leaving car 4 nights. Friendliness.
• Noise from Highway and room next door - Thin walls.

“The hotel is very convenient off highway and to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was just so-so. It was particularly nice to be able to park my car there for 4 nights and take their shuttle to/from the airport. The accommodations were fine for the price, which is what I was looking for.”

• The hotel was very clean and the room layout very well thought out with essential amenities.
• Back door locked, had to bring luggage around to front door.

“For an economy hotel, it really acceded all expectations - very convenient, very clean, had iron, extra pillows, hanging hooks etc. Etc. - a well thought out economy hotel! I'd definitely stay there again for the money!”

• I cannot think of one thing that was negative.

“My son and I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Londonderry and our stay was excellent. We arrived at 2AM exhausted from the Boston Airport and the staff did everything possible to accommodate us and to make our stay enjoyable. I had returned from Paris Island SC with my son who graduated from boot camp. He had to report in 8AM that morning. The Sleep Inn made me feel comfortable in staying there waiting for my son to finish his meetings at the Marine Reserve station. I felt like one of the family. The lady who was at the front desk greeted everyone professionally and very friendly. she did all she could to accommodate everyone who came in. One man was grumpy and rude and she maintained her composure and treated him kindly. She did not let that unpleasant situation frazzle her. She allowed me to make a phone call to my husband who didn't know where I was. My son and I were delayed at the Boston Airport due to storms and the airlines lost my luggage for awhile. We ended up having to rent a car and driving to Londonderry so I could get my son to the Marine station on time. We were delayed for 18 hours on flights from Raleigh to Boston and by the time we arrived at 2 or 3AM to the Sleep Inn we were beyond exhausted and Sleep Inn treated us so kindly. They were wonderful. I will always be grateful and I plan to stay at the Sleep Inn from now on and I do recommend all to stay at a Sleep Inn on travel. Thank You for allowing me to express my experience. ”
