• Great complimentary services; hot breakfast & evening snacks.
• Long trip to the lobby.

“Excellent location; easy to find & easy on/off interstate. The room was very clean and spacious. Convenient room amenities; coffee, ironing board, kitchenette, refrigerator.”

• Convenient to highway.
• Rooms were stark, almost austere.

“We were greeted at the check in desk by a clerk in a T shirt and jeans at 11:30 PM. Thought he might have been going off duty, but he said he was there for the night. Morning breakfast was warm, but dry. Waffle so hard that I could not cut it; omelets so dry that it needed a knife to cut through. Room was clean, but really stark. Bed was soft, but made the two of us role in to the center of the bed.”

• Neat, nice. sufficient. Linens are lovely.
• All rooms and common rooms halls, etc. smelled like years of smoking.

• The first room we had smelled. The front desk changed our room and was extremely customer friendly.
• About 20 minutes farther from my destination that I would have liked.

“With a free breakfast and evening social this was incredible. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Great customer service.”

• Location to the Comcast Center in Mansfield and the great suite!
• I loved everything about the hotel.

“An amazing room for a crazily cheap price. Awesome suite, comfortable bed and located within reasonable distance to Boston and extremely close to Mansfield.”

• The staff worked very hard to make things right.
• Secluded location.

“The suites are very nice, and the staff aims to please. It's nice to have a pool, but it is not adequate for older children or exercise. The hotel is close to a street with a few restaurants, but there is construction out front, and it's not an easy walk for dinner or other meals. The free breakfast is limited, but a welcome amenity. Not a bad choice if you are visiting Foxboro, but a little too far from Boston for going in on the T (subway).”

• There was nothing I liked about this hotel.
• Everything.

“I was extremely disappointed with my hotel stay. A family member, myself, and our daughters had planned a weekend away for relaxation, use of the indoor pool (which was advertised on your website), Jacuzzi, etc. Only to have a weekend full of frustration and aggravation. We arrive at the hotel to find out that the pool/Jacuzzi/spa area are closed for renovations. This angered me very much due to the fact that this was 90% of the reason we picked this particular hotel, I felt that this should have been posted on the website. Obviously at this point we have two very Bored pre-teen girls to deal with so we decided to rent a movie through the service in the room and that did not work either. I called the front desk and they were not able to help me whatsoever. I was told it was the weekend and they didn't have anyone there who knew how to fix it. That was absolutely ridiculous!!! Upon my departure I voiced my frustration to the woman at the front desk and her only response to me was "Sorry" which was said in such a way that meant absolutely nothing!! There was no offering of money to be taken off our hotel stay, nothing at all. With the money spent in the tiny, dirty room with nothing to do I will never refer any friends or family to this hotel as I feel what was portrayed on your website for this hotel is nothing of what we actually encountered!! My hotel stay was a couple of weeks ago and to this day just thinking about I am still very disgusted! What a waste of a weekend!”

• Clean; helpful desk staff; convenient to highway; good "break out" rooms.
• Far from "town"; expensive bottles of water.

“Easily accessible to I-495, the hotel provides very clean, fully equipped suites with wet bar, sofas, desks, Internet access, etc. There are several conference rooms for business meetings and an excellent buffet breakfast that suits all tastes. The desk staff is very helpful and toiletries and other necessities available for sale in the lobby. The only problem I found is the hotel's distance from shops and stores, but with the way Franklin is growing, it should not be a problem for long.”

• The suite with separate bedroom and mini kitchen really was nice.
• The only negative is that the AC had a wide temperature range for on/off. At one extreme you were too hot and at the other too cold.

“This was an excellent value! Nice facilities, great staff, better than average comp breakfast, clean rooms, quiet, very comfortable. It was not an issue with us but it would have been nice to know the pool was under repair. Get directions, there are two Kings street. This is truly an extended stay facility. We meet two kids that had lived there for over two years. Great facility for multiple nights.”

• The interior was clean, friendly staff, and best of all quiet.
• There was some garbage in front of the main lobby that I am sure someone dropped and just didn't care to pick it up.

“It is a nice clean hotel with nice rooms. The only drawback for our stay was the pool was under repair and the kids were disappointed Other than that we had a great stay.”

• I liked the free breakfast and the free evening dinner foods.
• The pool was closed for renovation but we were not warned of this in advance.

“We went to this hotel because we were attending a wedding nearby. The hotel was fine but was nothing outstanding. We had a queen studio that gave us a queen bed and a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a table, a dressing area, and a bathroom. The room felt spacious and was clean. The hotel started running short on towels partway through our stay. We had no trouble at all, but many people in our family had problems - one family was moved into three different rooms over the course of their 5 night stay. I do not think I would choose this location for a vacation (not a bunch to do in the immediate area) but it was fine for our stay because we were busy with wedding activities.”

• Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast buffet.
• I wanted Milford not Franklin --- Frankin is a 15 minute drive to Milford.

“The hotel itself is nice, but in the middle of nowhere. You have to drive to restaurants. From the hotels in Milford to this hotel in Franklin is a 15 drive on I-495 with no traffic.”
