• Continental breakfast skimpy, inconvenient, no choices.

“It was convenient but I imagined the continental breakfast would be served in an open friendly room with lots of choices. It was at the end of a hallway.”

• Dirty room and poor quality.

“Ok for price, room was dirty, wallpaper falling off walls, staff was very friendly, and even though do not disturb sign was up, housekeeping knocked on door several times at 8am.”

• The room was spacious and clean and the bed was a great king sized one.
• Continental breakfast was rather weak because there was no meat to go with the waffles, if you can call that a complaint.

“I thought the hotel was great for the price I paid. Even though my business was in Downtown Providence, it was well worth it to stay in Warwick. Last year, I roomed with 3 other guys at a downtown hotel. This was less expensive, I didn't have to pay to park, and I had a whole room to myself. This will be my choice from now on.”

• Run down, dirty.

“Old, run down. Kitchen closed for hot food (even though flyer in room indicated food available). Bags of trash from housekeeping left in hallway all night. Bathroom floor and tile dirty (clearly just a minimal cleaning). Only pluses were location and price.”

• Shuttle was helpful, very close to the airport.
• Morning counter staff was inattentive and neglected to tell me that I had to request the shuttle (confusing after night staff told me it ran every 15).

“Location was very convenient to the airport. Shuttle staff was very helpful and dropped me to the rental car company (really saved me some time!). Night staff told me shuttle ran every 15 minutes, but in am no shuttle came and desk staff indicated that it must be requested. I was fairly displeased with the lack of attention from the desk staff in the am, but the room was clean & quiet.”

• The breakfast.
• They gave me a smoking room and Im a non smoker.

“The smoking rooms smell. The complimentary breakfast was really good, waffles, coffee, fruit salad, yogurt. Comfortable and well supplied. The staff is friendly. The parking is good and they are next door to a Bertucci's restaurant! They give you two towels for two people. I'd like two each. The covers on the beds are worn and torn on the edges. Not a nice presentation. The room is utilitarian. The shower and toilet are separate from the sink. Sink activity is visible to the beds. Small rooms.”

• Room was large and quiet.
• The carpet appears filthy, as if it has never been cleaned. Could not rely on wake up calls.

“Hotel appears to not have ever been updated. Breakfast buffet was good during week, but not replenished on weekends when demand was increased. To get anything replenished you had to wait a long time just to find someone to ask for a specific item. That one item would be supplied, but nothing else. Although there were five of us (4 small children) we were denied a room with double beds, because we were staying too long! (4 nights) fortunately, we carry a blow up bed, and the room was big enough to use it. The room did have a king size bed. Shower was not usable since curtain stopped at top of tub.”

• Bed was very hard.

• Low rate.
• Very dated.

“Hotel extremely dated. Linens and rugs worn. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke had a non smoking room Id hate to see what a smoking room smelled like. Staff seemed indifferent and disinterested upon check in and checks out.”

• My clothes were taken from my room. Hotel did nothing.

“My clothes were taken from my room on the 1st night of 3. Giving the hotel the benefit of a doubt, I was sure that housekeeping thought I was checking out, as I kept my room spotless. However, the hotel did not follow up once on any promises to call me back with additional information. I checked out Monday a.m. It is Thursday a.m. My husband and I both have put calls in to the general manager and have yet to hear from him. I did call the Warwick police and documented the incident.”

• We were thrilled to receive such star quality when we were willing to settle for low-economy type lodging. Continental breakfast was just wonderful.
• Everything was fine and beyond expectations!

“Wonderful, friendly staff. At the lobby counters, in the continental breakfast room, and at the hotel bar. We were so pleased to have been able to experience this grand treat and at such an affordable offering.”

• No Quaker oats in the breakfast room (really!).

“It's conveniently located to not only the airport, but to other stores. Good people. I had to stay over another night and they gave me an excellent rate for 2 rooms.”

• Room decorations and sheets were a little worn.

“Excellent service. A 24/7 airport shuttle. Early open for free breakfast (4:30 am). Room decorations and bedding sheet were a bit worn. No master switch for room lights; had to turn each lamp on individually.”

• It was very clean and room was big with nice furniture.
• The airport was a little noisy, but when exhausted you cannot hear the planes.
