• Nice quiet hotel in close proximity to Logan and airport shuttle.

“Very nice hotel in close proximity to Logan with a 24 hour airport shuttle. Complimentary internet access and breakfast starting at 6 am.”

• I liked everything about this hotel. I always worry about hotels due to bed bugs issues. Felt no worries here. Sheraton hotels are great always.
• There was nothing disliked.

“We loved everything about the hotel. Was close to the location we needed to be at for our stay. Close to 2 malls, airport, restuarants and easy access to the highway. Time was limited and normally we would use the pool but did not get a chance. The pool and exercise facility here is the best I have seen with updated equipment. The front lobby has several computers for guests to use free of charge.”

“This hotel was comfortable, conveniently located but definitely had age issues. Beware of the slamming doors and pay-for-internet. Comfortable beds, nice televisions made up for the difference.”

• We felt like a sleeping in the basement of a high quality hotel.

“Great location, service and amenities, however our hotel room was on a floor that had not been refurbished and was one level below the lobby. Not a satisfying stay at all.”

• Lovely room, lobby, great location and good value.

“Have stayed here on several locations and it is my choice when I travel out of Providence. Clean, updated rooms, friendly service and a quick shuttle ride to the airport.”

• Gym under construction will be nice.

“Great location right next to airport. Room was comfortable and clean. Crickets outside the window chirped all night which was funny. Great business hotel.”

• Very friendly staff. Convenient location near airport.
• Older hotel, major fight in adjoining room till 3 am. No staff at front desk at night to answer phone.

“Very friendly staff in good location. A major swearing, shouting, physical fight was going on until 3 am. We could hear and understand every word from our room and it was impossible sleep. Major concern since we had young children with us as well. We made multiple calls to front desk but nobody was on duty to answer the phone. Hotel is older.”

  friendly and efficient.
• Low awareness level of management staff.

“A fire alarm was tripped at around 1:15 am. We exited our room to lobby and no staff informed anyone what was going on. Fire trucks and fire personnel were everywhere, but hotel staff did not tell guests to stay outside, come back in, or if the hotel was on fire or if it was a false alarm. Very distressing and confusing experience.”

• Location.
• Seemed to be in middle of remolding. No ice, no printer for computer.

“I think this hotel may be ok in the future if remodeling is completed. Many things out of order during our visit.”

• Room looked nice at first glance.
• No free internet access; no local sports TV (no Red Sox game).

“Very disappointing for an alleged 3-star hotel. The hallway smelled, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Worst of all, there was no wireless internet access and a cable modem was available only for a $10 daily charge. If one- and two-star hotels can provide this service, and other Sheraton hotels do, why doesn't this one?”

• Nice beds. free apple.
• The place was either under construction or was being renovated.

“The Sheraton had a temporary office space with only computer/printer combo. The lobby was installing furniture and computers, but none were able to be used. They might have had breakfast for some club members, but none for anyone else. I would not chose to stay there again. Give me Hampton Inn anytime.”

• Comfortable beds.
• Food was just ok and the hotel was a bit dated.

“It's difficult to review as the hotel is under renovation and I suspect it will be different in a few months, right now it's out of date and a little dilapidated, but that's why they are renovating!”

• Close to Providence, RI.
• Hotel was under construction/renovation.

“The public rooms were awful. Restaurant in a conference room reminded me of a school cafeteria. The lounge was in a hallway. No atmosphere. Not even a TV in lunge area to watch sports. The Radisson down the street was a much nicer hotel.”

• This hotel has the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced.
• The room was an odd mixture of Super 8 and Deluxe.

“This hotel room was very plainly decorated for a 4star room. The furniture was ok, but the floor was sopping wet at the entry. The mattress and linens were super comfortable. The in-room coffee maker came with Starbuck's (wonderful). The bathroom had real granite countertops and nice towels, but a hotel bathroom is a hotel bathroom! What can I say? This room was a basement room and had no view to speak of since it was below parking lot level. Having said this I must say that the hotel is currently under renovation so it will be worth checking out in a year or so.”

• Undergoing renovations; registration was not up to the standard Sheraton has to offer, but it was not a problem to us.
