• It was cheap, wasn't completely disgusting, and conveniently close to Boston.
• The staff was pretty rude, didn't really try to help me out.

“This was the perfect hotel for what I was looking for. I wanted some place dirt cheap that I only had to spend one night in and wouldn't have to avoid touching everything. I'd definitely recommend it.”

• The price was fair for the one night stay we needed. The bed was comfortable.
• Staff was utilitarian helpful.

“The hotel has maintained the same status, since our previous stay ten years back. No better, no worse. A clean bed and room is what we required and that is what we received. We expected no more than we received.”

• Reasonable, close to shopping, restaurants, movies.
• Room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled. The manager gave me some spray!

• It is near the mall. This was my priority.
• The room had new wallpaper but the curtains smelled of cigarette smoke.

“The room is large, there is free internet and for the same price in Europe, you only get a room with the toilettes and shower in the corridor, shared by other guests. For a short stay it is ok.”

• Room price was good and motel location was good.
• Room was stale and smelled like a dirty ashtray.

“For a few more dollars per night, you can stay at a much better motel or even a regular hotel. The Econo Lodge at Framingham MA is literally stale and only in fair condition at best.”

• Continental breakfast shown online was not what was at hotel. Very poor. It was what made the choice in first place.

“I would rate it low on most things that you would a hotel. It needed to be updated. Outside my room they pilled up the old mattresses and that was my view. Others had stayed with me in the same hotel and there experience was the same. One of there rooms, the toilet was not bolted to the floor. Its overall appearance was dirty, with trash and unkempt grounds.”

• Convenient location.
• Dirty, smelly, with unfriendly service.

“For suburban Boston, this hotel is the bottom of the barrel. If you want a low price, a shady bar downstairs, and a supermarket and drugstore within walking distance, this one is for you. Otherwise, try elsewhere.”

• The location was excellent for traveling to into the city.
• The staff is a bit brusque.

“The hotel is what it is, but the restaurant/bar at the hotel is incredible! The best pizza Ive ever had (and I eat a lot of pizza)!”

“We were traveling for couple of days to get this area ,we reserve the hotel for 3 days and we miss one day because we get lost and the people in the hotel charge us for that day , in my opinion they must be more flexible and the hotel is not in good conditions.”

• The Beds Slept well.
• Had No Coffee was, at told 7 A.M. at 7:30 still was none requested wake up clock on fritz still waiting for call.

“When cover was pulled down found old cigarette butt under edge of bed no stopper in tub. No coffee was prepared in the morning. Music in bar to loud. And sink wouldn't hold water.”
