• Comfortable, clean, and convenient at a reasonable price.
• The TV was old and had a fuzzy picture.

“This hotel was overall a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, roomy, and very satisfactory. The only real problem was watching Team USA basketball at the Olympics on the old fuzzy TV.”

• Located in an industrial park.

“This was a nice clean hotel, friendly staff, you pay 5 dollars for internet access and connect smoothly. Close to the airport and shopping. If you are staying for business or with kids this is great cause it is a full suite with kitchen including fridge, cook top, microwave dishwasher and love the ice maker in the room so you don't have to go looking for ice in the lobby. Nice clean area for the continental breakfast. I would stay there again.”

“My daughter loved it, even though it did not have a pool, it had a hot tub and breakfast. The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back in the future!”

• Nothing.
• One of the worst hotels I ever almost stayed in.

“This location was so poor, I checked right out. First off, the front desk clerk was no where to be found when I arrived. I stood pacing at the front desk for over 10 minutes before she arrived talking to hear mother on the portable phone. The paperwork to check in was like the entrance to a prison. I tried to log onto the internet and was surprised that this low of a level hotel charged a fee, in cash. So I went out to pay the fee and again the clerk was gone. Again I waited about 8 minutes for her to show up. At that point I was disgusted and left.”

• The location was great - close to airport, shopping, food, highway and having the stove and refrigerator saved us a lot of money compared to eating out.
• My sister's car was broken into when visiting in broad daylight.

“The overall room was clean and comfortable, however, when my sister's car was broken into (glass shattered), they really could care less. They called the police and wrote up a report; however, it seemed more an inconvenience for them. It pretty much ruined my vacation after that because we couldn't go anywhere with the window broken and no one was available to fix it over the holiday weekend. The hotel staff told us, it wasn't their responsibility and basically avoided us the rest of the stay.”

“We had an enjoyable stay; slept very well (I had worried the airport would create too much noise but not so). Convenient to restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff.”

• It was a quiet room.
• It needed an extra desk chair.

“This was a very nice, clean hotel room that was fairly sound proof. I think if it wasn't so close to the elevator where everyone is getting on & off it would have been better because I like the quietness.”

• Uncomfortable bed, dated décor.

“I was fortunate to get a room during a huge snow storm so I shouldn't complain, but if I had to pay regular rack rate for this room, I would have been extremely disappointed. The location is excellent for people going to the airport without the airport noise.”

• The main thing I liked was the convenience to the airport.
• There was nothing that I did not like.

“I only spent 1 night, so I didn't get to see the entire hotel. What I was able to see was very satisfactorily. I was quite happy with my stay.”

• This hotel has been newly renovated and the rooms are designed with style and comfort.
• This hotel is directly off the highway and there is some background noise.

“I was surprised at the quality of the rooms and pleased that all my needs had been thought of including the furniture placement, bathroom area, the mini fridge, even the humungous TV. It's also directly across the street from a small shopping area that has a Target and a Panera Bread for those last minute needs or quick places to eat. There is a bit of highway noise but it didn't keep me from sleeping well.”
