• Alfred wine bar was cozy.
• Housekeeping needs to be retrained.

“I travel every week for business. I was a Marriott member for the longest time, but switched over to Hilton rewards due to Marriott not meeting my standards. Although I am a Priority Club member, Crowne Plaza is not high on my list of hotels to stay at. I find the front desk people to be some what snobbish. I discovered this in Atlanta, and the Warwick Crowne Plaza the same. I base my hotel decision on how well the housekeeping staff do their job, specifically on replenishing the soaps etc. CP Warwick staff failed miserably. I checked in on a Sunday and had to go hunt down shampoo-and that was the only bottle of shampoo that was in my room all week. The last 2 days of the stay-none of the lotion, conditioner, etc was replaced. Simple things can cost you.”

• It was very clean and updated.
• It didn't have a safe in the room. It was very loud.

“The walls seem very thin we heard every word that our neighbors next door clear as a bell, the doors slammed shut and woke us up all hour of the night, besides that, the hotel was great, but the noise is a serious issue.”

• It was overall a really nice hotel. Quiet, easy to find, comfortable.
• I understand they must inspect the rooms for our safety. I left a tip for housekeeping for the next day.

“For the price, this hotel was spacious, clean and is perfect for business or pleasure. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff was very helpful.”

• Spacious rooms and whirlpool tub, the bed was fantastic.

“No time to eat in the dining room. Warm cookies at the front entry were a delicious touch and the bed couldn't have been better.”
