• Location is great.
• Didn't receive what was booked. Didn't receive cot for 2nd bed after promised to have one.

“After settling for a king room with the promise of a cot being sent up, 4 hours later, still no cot. When I called the front desk, they said they had no cots left but would move me to a room that had opened up. Absolutely frustrating after settling with the promise of a cot for my child. Now at 10 pm, they wanted us to pack back up and move to a different room. Hello, I have a child here. Wasn't waking my child at 10 pm to move to another room.”

“I was checked in to a handicap room They didn't seem as if they were booked very heavy. The shower was not very good it was hard to get under the wand type shower head. The following day after check in, the room did not receive house keeping.”

• Comfortable - nice looking.
• No free WiFi in room.

“This hotel is great in so many ways, but missed the boat in some that are important to me. It is difficult to get to due to a barricade, no free WiFi in rooms, and no free continental breakfast. However, it's a great hotel with a great staff.”

• Location, free parking, that it had a pool.
• Noise, sheets, heater.

“We used Priceline to find a hotel close to a doctor appointment that we had for our son. We were only there for a short time, but the hotel was adequate for our purposes. I would have been upset if we had spent any more money on this hotel than we did. It was rated as 3 starts, but was more like 1.5 or 2 stars.”

• Front desk personnel where friendly.

“We had a great time during our stay - hotel looked great for the price. Food was great & personnel/staff where professional in their manners. Only didn't like is the next day we experienced noisy guests. I think there was a convention & the guest with their families were noisy -- but it was not the fault of the hotel.”

• Free shuttle, friendly staff, and clean.
• It's not near anything.

“The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean as well as the hotel. The only problem is that it's a little too far down the road. it's not convenient and u can't walk to anywhere. They have a free shuttle but you have to wait for the schedule times to use it.”

• Clean, safe, large rooms.
• Pool was freezing. Had to use indoor pool and not as nice for kids.

• Everything was great.
• You cannot travel east on route 9 from hotel without going west to a light to turn around.

“I stay here every year I visit Mass. It's very comfortable, clean and I would not stay anywhere else. One complaint though, half of the front desk staff could not have been nicer, the other half have an attitude. Molly Malone's (bar/lounge inside hotel) is terrific and open late with decent food.”

• Ample towels! Iron& ironing board in room!
• Parking too distant.

“This is our 2nd visit to Sheraton Framingham. Enjoyed pool, TV,plenty of tea& coffee. Easy access to I-90.Attentive housekeeping staff. New computer stations since our stay here 3 years ago. Was able to check my email!”

• The staff is outstanding. Convenient. Clean.
• Out of date. Elevators rumble and shake. Small bathrooms. Costly internet.

“Great location. Clean. Only moderately comfortable. Terrible pillows. Small bathrooms. Convenient but dull restaurant. Excellent staff that react quickly and professionally. Very quiet. Family and pet friendly.”
