• Had full kitchen and mini grocery store in lobby.
• Was further from our destination than we thought.

• Hotel and Staff very good. Location hard to find with poor signage.
• The location was hard to find.

“If you can get to the hotel and find it, the rest of your stay will be very enjoyable. Nice restaurants within close driving distance.”

• Breakfast room was crowded.

“Excellent room, quiet, a little hard to find from the highway. Breakfast was plentiful, not great food, but healthy, with eggs, and even the waffles you make yourself. Breakfast room wasn't quite big enough.”

• Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.
• Location was a little off the beaten path.

“The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, from our late check-in to our very early check-out the next morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Downside was that the extra sofa bed only had one flat sheet and one thin blanket to use (left in a sealed bag in the closet). It was too late to bother calling for housekeeping to bring additional sheets/blankets. Breakfast in the morning was enough to satisfy everyone in my party. Overall, a very pleasant experience.”

• The breakfast buffet, pet friendly hotel, pool, suites and non smoking.
• Pool hours were limited during the week, pet sanitation fee.

“Family and pet friendly hotel with extensive breakfast buffet, pool and exercise room and 24 hour Internet Located off Rte 9 and 495, but must drive to amenities. Rooms comfortable and we were able to bring breakfast up and eat in room. Suites were clean, they did the dishes for us. We would have stayed even longer had time permitted.”

• Ash stains on the carpet in the bathroom.

“Great for business travelers and families. The kitchen was well-equipped and the room layout is nice. The pool closes early (9 p.m.), but they have a nice complimentary hot breakfast.”

• I enjoyed the quite location; I also liked the room set up.

“My stay at the hotel was great. In my opinion the hotel deserves three or four stars. I enjoyed my stay there because the location is beautiful, and quite. I also like the lobby set up it¿s a very comfortable setting its not too extravagant, nor under decorated. The room was wonderful its very family friendly, spacious, and it offers a lot of extra great services. The services they offer can take a load off of a very busy person.”

• Freeway-close, free awesome breakfast, spacious room.

“We were extremely pleased with our stay at the residence inn Framingham-- it¿s an extremely nice hotel, and we couldn¿t believe it was rated only a 2.5. Could easily pass for a 3 star.”

• Some noise from Massachusetts Turnpike--very minor.

• Helpful staff. Extra amenities-free breakfast and dinners. We were upgraded to a suite! A delightful experience.
• It is not well marked on the major roads in the area. Staff were not well informed on giving adequate instructions to locate the facility.

“We were very impressed, especially with upgrade and quality of the facilities. We will use your services again.”

• Having breakfast included was good for us.
• Didn't know we couldn't get 2 beds only 1 bed and a small sleeper.

“The staff said that no one room suites have a second bed, only a small sleeper sofa. We would have been better off in a regular hotel with two beds. Luckily we only had one child to accommodate.”

• The price was the best, plus the room amenities w/ full kitchen.
• The fire alarm went off around 10 a.m. so we were rushed out and also did not eat the free breakfast. No pool attendant couldn't use pool/spa.

“We had a very displeasure able morning due to the fire alarm going off and we had to rush outside into the cold without our jackets and shoes. We had to stay outside for 45 min to an hour before going back in to get our belongings. It ruined our stay because we enjoy sleeping in and eating a late breakfast neither which we could do. I understand it does not happen every day, however, we did not enjoy our evening out because of it.”
