• The tub stopper didnt work

• The staff was excellent - extremely accommodating, the suite was big and the kitchen was a great addition for ease of traveling with a 15month old!
• The pool was too cold! I think it was something like 82 degree, but it was hard to get into!

“We were very impressed with this hotel as soon as we walked in. Greeted warmly by staff, everything was explained immediately (about the hotel, charges on our credit card, etc.) The room was well beyond our expectations - the full kitchen, the separate sleeping area with a door made it great to allow our 15 month old to nap while we sat in the living room. The free breakfast that is included offered many options, with them changing each day, not just repeats. The pool area and hot tub were well maintained, just wish the pool was open before 12 to allow for more access to the pool and wished the pool temperature was warmer, as it was hard to get into. Overall, EXTREMELY impressed!”

• Hotel had nice lounging area with large TV.
• Hotel allows pets and room had slight pet odor.

“Hotel was a little difficult to find. Pets are allowed and room had slight pet odor. Staff was excellent and a nice buffet breakfast was available at no charge.”

• Attractive, accommodating room, nice landscaping, awesome breakfast!

“The Residence Inn met all of our expectations, staff was friendly and courteous and accomadating, I loved the photographs of the staff in the dining, reception area, it gave me the impression that it was also a nice place to work and that the hotel was people orientated not just profit orientated. The landscaping was nice around the Inn. It was a very pleasant place to stay and I would definitely be pleased if I had the occasion to stay there again.”

“We had 2 rooms; they gave us rooms far from each other, nearest to the highway and with different beds than what we asked for. They gave us a hard time at check-in. Not helpful or accommodating.”

• Had full kitchen and mini grocery store in lobby.
• Was further from our destination than we thought.

• Hotel and Staff very good. Location hard to find with poor signage.
• The location was hard to find.

• Breakfast room was crowded.

“Excellent room, quiet, a little hard to find from the highway. Breakfast was plentiful, not great food, but healthy, with eggs, and even the waffles you make yourself. Breakfast room wasn't quite big enough.”

• Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.
• Location was a little off the beaten path.

“The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, from our late check-in to our very early check-out the next morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Downside was that the extra sofa bed only had one flat sheet and one thin blanket to use (left in a sealed bag in the closet). It was too late to bother calling for housekeeping to bring additional sheets/blankets. Breakfast in the morning was enough to satisfy everyone in my party. Overall, a very pleasant experience.”

• The breakfast buffet, pet friendly hotel, pool, suites and non smoking.
• Pool hours were limited during the week, pet sanitation fee.

“Family and pet friendly hotel with extensive breakfast buffet, pool and exercise room and 24 hour Internet Located off Rte 9 and 495, but must drive to amenities. Rooms comfortable and we were able to bring breakfast up and eat in room. Suites were clean, they did the dishes for us. We would have stayed even longer had time permitted.”

• Ash stains on the carpet in the bathroom.

“Great for business travelers and families. The kitchen was well-equipped and the room layout is nice. The pool closes early (9 p.m.), but they have a nice complimentary hot breakfast.”

• I enjoyed the quite location; I also liked the room set up.

“My stay at the hotel was great. In my opinion the hotel deserves three or four stars. I enjoyed my stay there because the location is beautiful, and quite. I also like the lobby set up it¿s a very comfortable setting its not too extravagant, nor under decorated. The room was wonderful its very family friendly, spacious, and it offers a lot of extra great services. The services they offer can take a load off of a very busy person.”
