  • Close to destination.
  • No pool, nothing fancy.

“Plain, very generic, no frills. Not real clean, but ok. No breakfast, no pool, just bed, bath, and very small kitchenette, not equipped.”

  • Kitchen is a plus, good size bathroom, large room.
  • Very uncomfortable bed, third time staying there and its definitely the mattress.

“Liked it the first two times aside from very uncomfortable mattress. The girl at the desk to check in was rude.”

  • Asked for 2 double beds, then sent to a room that had someone in it.

“Overall, it was an okay experience. I had called and asked for a room with two double beds. When we got there it was a room with one king bed. Went back to the desk and explained the situation and he sent me to another room that had someone in it which was very embarrassing. He finally gave me what I asked for. He was very apologetic. He had a great personality. Glad he did cause I was ready to walk out.”

  • I like the kitchenettes; self serve laundry facilities, Lazy Boy recliner.
  • They need to seriously update the system!

“There's been a recent management shake up at this property. The WiFi doesn't work that good. Hotel is not far from Boston--45-50 minutes or so. Boston Express bus service picks up/drops off across from South wood Drive. It's decent place but minor improvements would make it better.”

  • Pet friendly.
  • Very poor quality of room & furnishings.

“Location was great - hotel was not. I will not stay at this chain again. Only 2 small pillows on a queen bed, counters delaminating, AC didn't work, no ice machine, cheap/poor quality of furnishings, room stank (literally). Motel 6 is of much higher quality than Extended Stay America. Desk person very helpful and friendly though. Only bright spot of the stay.”

  • The hotel was handy to highways and shopping.
  • There was nothing to not like.

“Located close to the major NH highways, the ESA-Nashua is also handy to the shopping areas. The setting is natural, well landscaped and very quiet.”

  • Location - easy to get to.
  • The worst was the patch on couch chair.

“This hotel is not being seriously run - employees seem to be just driving through. Even the cleaning needs to shapeup. In the two rooms I tried there were still patches on nigh table from previous occupant's glasses and some hair in the bathtub. As far as upkeep goes - it's also below par. Formica counter had the trim unglued in about 16 inches of counter edge and there was 6 in crack on counter. One thing I see as a safety concern is the fact that every room I've stayed at has always had the windows unlatched. Didn't matter this last time since I was on the second floor.”

  • Hotel staff was very unprofessional from front desk to housekeeping.

“I would never stay at this hotel or any other extended stay America hotels again. At 8 AM on the morning of my departure the front desk called and woke me up to ask if I was still in the room. When I answered yes I was in the room they proceeded to ask if I was planning on checking out today. This was 8 AM on a weekend! 10 minutes after the phone call from the front desk I had a knock on the door. I was in the bathroom so I didn't answer it. It was housekeeping. They came in my room without first announcing themselves. Totally unprofessional staffs all around. I travel quite a bit for work and will never stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel or chain to anyone!”

  • It is a new hotel therefore everything in good working order.
  • It did not include a continental breakfast but that was only a minor inconvenience.

“All in all it was a very good hotel. We were very impressed with the kitchen facilities.”

  • Great location, friendly staff, love the full kitchen.
  • The drapes need to be cleaned. They should leave local info in room.

“We have stayed here 4 times now. This time the staff was so much more friendly and accommodating than in the past. Kitchen was immaculate, as was the bathroom. Glad I had cell phone. They charge for a local call to order pizza if you use room phone. Now if they would just have the carpet stretched to get the lumps out of it, clean the drapes and provide some local area info in the room, it would be perfect. Oh yeah, very limited TV channel selection unless you want news or sports. We live in the boonies and have more available than they offer and they are in a city and only an hour from Boston.”

  • All front desk staff was very friendly.
  • One double bed although I knew that when I won hotel.

“This is a good basic hotel for the business traveler as it has one double bed typically (2 double bed's are available), small kitchen and nice bathroom. There is a reclining chair, no sofa for more sleeping space. Front desk staff is friendly. We were there for a soccer tournament and the space was fine for my son and me. There is no pool or any other facilities but we knew that ahead.”
