• Attention to the business traveler and their needs.
• Doors are loud when they close.

“Our room overlooked the Courtyard which had a lot of gathering spots, and a nice gazebo. Business center is in the open and didn't seem to be used much. Staff at the hotel, was great! Would look forward to staying here again. Located just off of 495 and close to I90.”

• Very nice hotel in a good location.
• Staff was not willing to talk about changing room to one with a king-sized bed.

“Located right off Route 495. Clean rooms with a good amount of space. Free internet in lobby. Pool hours are limited and a little weird.”

• Comfortable beds, nice safe location, indoor pool.
• Internet was not wireless.

“Front desk staff was very friendly and we were allowed to select our room. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Usual assortment of soaps, lotion, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Free internet service. Rooms were moderate but clean. Located in safe area with dining near by and on site.”

“Hotel was easy to reach, extremely clean and rooms were spacious; also, the rooms were very sound-proof. The hot tub and pool were well kept; the fridge in the room was a plus, as was the wireless set-up.”

• Breakfast was quite expensive.

“Right off the interstate, good sized rooms, nice bathrooms. No breakfast included, but they do have 24 hour coffee and cookies in the evening.”

• Convenient to I-495 and I-95.
• Do Not Disturb sign went unnoticed.

“4 story business class hotel. Large working area in room. Most rooms have balconies. Windows open for fresh air. Laundry facilities on premises. Small work-out room, pool and hot tub. Restaurant on premises serves breakfast and dinner. Full bar available, just across the street is a gas station that sells snacks, beer and wine). All rooms have microwave and fridge (a major plus!) Located within 10 minutes of many, many various types of restaurants, from fast food to formal. About 45 minutes outside of Boston. Wonderful hotel staff.”

• I found the hotel staff accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean.
• The eggs were only warm and only one waffle maker. Not a good value for the price. Also, the hot tub wasn't working.

“I liked the hotel staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Because the restaurant was right next to the lobby and separated only by a glass wall, I don't think it would be a romantic place to eat. I would stay there again. Not too far from Wrentham Outlet.”

• The staff were very friendly and polite.
• The cost of the food, and it wasn't very tasteful.

“I would still recommend this hotel for individual that are traveling. I was in a great location to the Gillette Stadium.”

• Love everything about this hotel. Second time there, and love it.
• Impossible to find anything not to like about this hotel.

“Every aspect of it from cleanliness, to friendliness, to the great wait staff in the dining room and lounge, the great food. Wonderful hotel. All our family is in the Milford area, and this hotel is located minutes from all of them. Love staying there!”

• Having to wait 3 hours for our room to be ready, then when we went to our room, it wasn't made-up.

“Having grown up in the area of this hotel, it was a no brainer to wish to stay there or close by; the hotel itself is convenient and easily accessible from the highway; clean and modern; a definite relaxing, quiet stay.”

• At times a little noisy in the halls.

“Excellent location, immediately off the exit ramps of exit 20 of 495. Rooms are clean, comfortable and adequately sized. Staff is courteous and prompt. Overall hotel is very well maintained. They seem to cater to large groups, so at times can be a little noisy in the halls, but overall an excellent value and experience (I stayed on 3 separate occasions for a total of 8 nights).”

• Very close to our destination. Clean, well-equipped rooms, friendly professional help. Good food and service.
• Pool needed a cleaning, but we didn't even need to use it.
