• Location was convenient.
• Night staff unprofessional/ineffective.

“Staff was doing their personal laundry, had children in lobby. Unruly guest children running around all night. Young adult guests partied upstairs until early morning.”

• The staff was efficient and friendly, internet easy to access.
• The beds uncomfortable, room stuff, ventilation noisy, huge amount traffic noise.

“Although pleasingly decorator, the room did not measure up to it's rating. It was cramped, only a little clearer that most economy hotels, extremely noisy, very stuffy, and the beds uncomfortable.”

• Everyone was friendly, place clean, excellent continental breakfast.
• Nothing.

“I was on business with my husband. The hotel was close to our work. I saw several families who seemed to be very happy also with the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.”

• Difficult to locate after you left the highway.

• The first room I got did not meet my expectations

“I had previously confirmed a non-smoking room and a late arrival with the hotel. When I arrived late at night, the non-smoking room had a serious stench--whether smoke or cleaning fluid I was too tired to tell. The front desk immediately switched me to another room which was very pleasant. My only complaint had to deal with this unexpected glitch very late in the evening, after a tiring day.”

• I was not happy when I found my phone was unplugged.

• Quiet, great breakfast, clean rooms..
• A bit difficult to find at night.

“Exceptional staff from the maid service to front desk and breakfast was such a delight with much to choose from. Virginia was always ready to help at breakfast and has a sunny disposition. Well decorated rooms and very clean. Coffee and tea always available and very attractive surroundings. All in all a pleasant experience.”

• Computer printer not operative.

“Excellent price, good continental breakfast, excellent housekeeping; only problem from the hotel computer, could not call up my Email or print to printer [not repaired].”

• Didn't find outdoor pool. Breakfast could be better.

• Renovations in lobby, internet didn't work on 2nd floor.

“Nice hotel but they're upgrading the lobby and surrounding area so it's a bit noisy while that's happening. Outside of that the continental breakfast was good and the staff were great. Room was clean and very comfortable.”

• This Hotel had easy access of the major highway. Very professional and friendly staff. They offered a great breakfast including sausage and eggs.
• Nothing!

“The Fairfield Inn Concord is easy to find. Located just south of the town center, it is easily accessible for the highway or downtown. They offer a great breakfast including microwaveable sausage and scrambled eggs or cheese and egg omelet. They go beyond the usual coffee and dried out doughnut in a plastic bag. they had fresh muffins, choices of English muffins, bagels or toast, breakfast cereal, orange or apple juice, yogurt, bananas and apples. They always had coffee ready and free cookies or cake at night. The professional staff call you by name when you are in the lobby and greet you with a friendly smile. I wish I could stay at hotels and motels like this on all my trips.”

• The night staff very friendly and helpful but the morning staff not so helpful or friendly.
• The heat was on or off , it was temperature controlled.

“Very friendly night staff was looking to see if we were happy. Complimentary snacks and breakfast. The heat needed to be temperature controlled. The room became to hot so you would shut it off and become cold.”

“Recommend this hotel for anyone. It is convenient, comfortable and very nice. The staff were exceptionally nice and the pool, hot tub, and gym were great additions, along with the continental breakfast.”
