• Good location, nice size room.
• Bath tub slippery, had to ask for a mat.

“This hotel met our expectations for a three star hotel. We would come again. The staff was friendly and quick to provide assistance getting us a bathmat for the tub. Pleasant place to stay.”

• Friendly person behind counter. Very helpful in suggesting restaurants and assisting with directions.
• No restaurants in immediate area. Definitely needed a car to get to restaurant or order delivery to hotel.

“Very comfortable. Great temp controlled room. Quiet which allowed me to get computer/phone work done. Friendly, courteous service rendered by employees.”

• No Complimentary Breakfast

“We stayed there for 2 weeks and had no issues. The staff was prompt and everything was taken care off. I requested for a Microwave and they got it arranged before we arrived. Room Service was very punctual and quick. The hotel was clean and does not smell Smoke unlike many others in the Neighborhood.”

• Did not have wireless broadband in rooms.

• The hotel was extremely close to the Double Tree, where rooms were over 100!
• The pool is a large hole in the ground. Its a wading pool.

“The location is right of the highway. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• The breakfast was just enough and the waiter was wonderful.
• Almost fell in the shower. Too slippery.

“We arrived late (about 11:15pm) and the staff was very gracious and check in was fast. Aside from a lot of pipes for what appeared like drainage problems form the weather (a bit alarming since we had to walk over them to get into the hotel), the hotel was clean and staff very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• It was inexpensive and serviceable - very basic, but it had everything I needed.
• The carpet by the bathroom was soaking wet when I arrived. The decor is decidedly not that of a higher class hotel.

• Excellent staff, very friendly an attentive.
• Hockey tournament created a very raucous atmosphere.

“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Caters to groups so if you are looking for quiet ask if there are any large groups coming in. Excellent value for the money.”

• The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and accommodating, beds were comfortable and the location was convenient.
• Nothing it was excellent.

“The front desk staff was extremely helpful and tried their best to accommodate us at the last minute, and in a very full hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We were there for only one night but this is a hotel I would return to if I am ever in the area again.”

• Excellent value, great location.
• The breakfast was not a good value for the price, if you had to paid extra for the breakfast.

“The staff is excellent to provide all the comfort & amenities that are needed for your trip. Nice pool, Jacuzzi, exercise room, and lobby. Nice touches of fresh baked cookies in the evening. Clean & updated rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent hot shower.”

• Front Office Manager was very accommodating.
• It was not housekeeping's fault but the rooms smelled very funky.

“I am not sure why the 2 hotel rooms I went into smelled very unpleasant. The weather was humid but the smell was emitting from the carpet in both rooms. In the first room, I thought it was because it was a handicapped room and thought maybe some spilled urine/or had an accident on the carpet. I switched to a second room and smelled the same odor. I opened the window and then went out and bought scented candles to mask the odor.”
