• Comfortable beds and clean rooms.
• I think I asked for a king bed but was given 2 doubles.

“Nice place to stay convenient to the I-495 yet far enough from it to be quiet. Facilities were clean and room was nice, even if a bit small. I would definitely stay here again, but any more than 2 or 3 people in the room would be tight.”

• nice rooms,, got the same room as last year!
• nothing I didn't like

“Clean, friendly staff, quick no hassle check in and out. Delicious meals at the restaurant. This is the second time we have been booked at this hotel through Priceline. We changed to the same room that we had lasttime which was ground level room 155 near a side entrance that made is super easy to come and go without going through the lobby. Would definitely stay here again and again”

• Having to rent a microwave and Fridge is a complete turn off.

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel to other business travelers who tend to stay there for at least a week.”

• Restaurant had good food.
• 10 bucks a day for WiFi. Rude bartenders. Room service always made mistakes.

“A nice enough facility. Excellent food, but room service made mistakes nearly every time I ordered (out of ten meals, probably got something wrong 8 times). One of the bartenders was a complete jerk, the other one was nice (and I've worked in a bar so I know how to behave). Maid threw out anything that was on the floor, including a full tube of toothpaste (?). checkout took forever, for no apparent reason, they're just incredibly slow.”

• The hotel was the venue for our daughter's wedding and reception and the staff. Restaurant manager were incredible.
• Nothing I can think of.

“The Westborough Doubletree provided top flight service, accommodating our group of approx 60 people who had converged on Westborough from all parts of the US and several far off places to celebrate our daughter's wedding. Attention to every detail - helpful suggestions and creative problem solving by the hotel staff led to a picture perfect day and a lifetime memory for us. We are truly grateful - especially to front desk staff and restaurant manager. All our guests gave the hotel top marks. We are truly grateful.”

• The colors used in the lobby and rooms were beautiful.
• I prefer an outdoor pool.

“From the moment I got there the staff was friendly and helpful (even finding me better directions to where I needed to go). The lobby, pool area, spa, room, restaurant - all were spotless and comfortable. The location is very convenient - close by major roadways but also near beautiful neighborhoods and towns. Shopping was also closeby. In all, it was a wonderful experience and I'd go back to the Doubletree in Westborough and stay at other Doubletrees!”

• Recent renovation - pretty much new.
• Got a first floor, smoking room.

• I enjoyed the cookie at check in and the friendly wait staff at the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was great.
• I found the TV a bit awkward to use. The pillows were too soft and hurt my neck.

• I liked common areas of hotel, lounge, lobby, etc. Service staff were friendly & helpful.
• Hated blowing hot air heaters; breakfast was overpriced; fees for every little thing annoying.

“This hotel is very conveniently located and easy to find. Front desk staff and cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Common areas of hotel are welcoming and attractive. Hotel is very overpriced but does offer many amenities (computers, gym, pool, parking, conference rooms). There are many fees for extras: newspapers, on-line access in the room, water bottles, etc. Quality of food at breakfast was only adequate and was overpriced. Food at banquet was good with banquet staff attentive and eager to please.”

• Delicious, warm, complimentary cookies at check-in.
• No complaints, had an excellent stay.

“This hotel was a steal! With the complimentary cookies, gourmet coffee in room and attentive staff, I could ask for more. The only problem we had was resolved immediately by the staff--we had been booked for a smoking room. They changed our reservation within seconds, no questions asked.”

• The fitness facility and indoor pool were very nice.
• Elevators were really old and inspection had expired.

“I liked the hotel but was put in a very small handicapped room and the shower therefore, the shower was unacceptable. It had a little hand held shower head that barely released water. Let's see what happens.”
