• Easy to get to, clean, friendly staff.
• Had to pay extra for internet.

“This hotel is a great value for a traveler who wants no frills, clean and ability to cook and eat in room. You have to pay extra for the internet - whether it is one night or one month. If you were there a week or more, you would get a good value on that - for one night it is very high. That was the only negative, though. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and I would definitely stay there again.”

• No facilities such as pool - lounge etc.

• I liked the kitchenette that was in the room. It helped save $ on food.
• There was not hot water while I was there and the problem was not rectified.

“Even though the hotel was clean and comfortable, they had a major hot water problem and there only answer was to say, they were working on pipes in the area. Basically you had to deal with the problem all weekend. I won't stay there again for fear of going through this aggravation another time.”

“Overall, a great room and a great location for the Paradise City Marlborough show. I loved the kitchen in this room and the friendly grocery store nearby. Couldn't be happier with this room and the facilities. I even loved the room overlooking the street.”

• Friendly, courteous and prompt check-in clerk. Check-in time 5 min.
• Not having someone at the front desk when I checked out. I like a folio printout showing a zero balance for the room.

• Kitchenette if you need it.
• We traveled as a family of four and had to pay an up charge >$10 to get a room with a fold-out sofa for two people to sleep on!

“When we arrived 10:30PM we were informed there was a single queen bed for four people. Then we were informed we would have to "pay more" to get a room that would sleep four. A fold-out sofa! This was a disappointing experience and I feel somewhat victim of a bait and switch experience. This seems to be more of a problem in some areas (Marlborough-Westborough) than others. It sends a clear message to me and others.”

“The Extended Stay America hotels in the 495 area have gone way down hill within the past two years. I will not be staying there anymore. They seem to be catering to the imported workers from India and Pakistan and these groups cook a lot of curry meals which leave a very strong smell behind. Also the rooms are not being kept as clean as in the past.”
