• They allowed us to upgrade to a suite for only $10 extra a night.
• No complimentary coffee. Nickel and dime you for any extras.

“When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was outstanding. She allowed us to upgrade for only $10 more. The rooms were clean and she brought us extra clean blankets. The area was safe and nice.”

• The fact that it was like a little studio apartment.
• I did not stay for that long so I can't say there was something I did not like.

• Kitchenette is so helpful and cost-efficient, and good laundry facilities.
• Not the most comfortable mattress though this seems room-specific; we've had better beds in the same building.

“This is such a great deal if you need a place to stay - the kitchenette makes it cost-efficient, and it's very conveniently located.”

• Dirty & bed bugs.

“Items missing from my personal things. Bed bugs &dirty carpets all over hotel. Dirty Elevator. I can't understand how could put my in a place like this.”

• I have stayed here a lot and this experience 5/14 has been dreadful.
• Leaky toilet, rude hotel staff, and unfriendly asst manager.

“I had always enjoyed staying here on business and found the staff most accommodating, but this time when bringing my spouse for the week all the nightmares occurred! Lost the room, no apologies, sorry excuses, bathroom floor was flooded when checked in, and assistant manager completely ignored us.”

• Most of all I liked the staff and the appliances at this hotel.
• Noisy heater.

“The sea chain of hotels is a great for the traveler that wants to feel more at home than away. It has all the comforts you have at home on a smaller scale. The staff was kind and very helpful. I look for sea hotels whenever I travel.”

• This hotel is good for business people who need a place to sleep and are staying for a long period of time.
• There was no restaurant available for dining. There is no lobby or amenities in the room, no hair dryer, shampoo or lotions in the bathroom.

“This is a place for a business person who needs to stay for a few days. It has a kitchen area where people are able to cook and warm food. This can also be for a family that needs a place to stay that is economical.”

• The rooms were nice.
• The staff was very rude and inconsiderate.

“I loved the room and the price I got. My mom was visiting and I was her transportation and I was working all week and was unable to pick her up at 11 the checkout time. I asked her to ask the hotel staff for a late checkout and the lady ( I believe her name was Morse) was very rude and said that if I wasn't there right at 1:30 to pick her up I would be charged an extra night. I understand that why you would need to pay extra but being in customer service myself I know how to treat customer and she didn't do this. I don't think I would go back to that hotel. I stayed at another ESA in Westborough and there staff was not as rude but still not very customer service oriented. When I brought in my confirmation I was sighed at looked down upon.”
