• The location and facilities were good for our purpose.
• No laundry room.

• Bathrooms had bugs crawling in the bathtub. I brought one down to the desk and they blew me off.

• The location.
• The mattresses need to be replaced.

“The hotel was very clean but its time for a major room makeover. The mattresses need desperately to be replaced and the phone had a few buttons that didn't work on the first (or second) try. In order to plug in the cooler we had to unplug a light.”

• The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The A/C was on when we arrive so the room temps. Was wonderful.
• There was a car show going on in the hotel parking lot so it just made it a little difficult to get in and out of the hotel area.

• The room was quiet.
• I don't like sheets that are not fitted. I roll around and they bunch up under me which is very uncomfortable.

• Very accommodating when we had to lengthen our stay.
• They charge me $15 per night for a cot for my 11 yr old son.

“For Hockey kids playing in the Marlboro New England sport center. It is a great hotel for location to restaurants and rink. It is kid and pet friendly with a nice pool area as well the open to outdoor deck. Kids can walk from the hotel to various stores and restaurants safely! The Sports lounge and restaurant were great for the whole family and team get together.”

• The cheese steaks they serve at the bar are good.
• The hotel needs to be updated seems a good decade behind the times.

• Lots of TV channels.
• You couldn't plug in the microwave and frig at the same time in its current location.

• The rooms need remodeling, furnishings showing age.

“The rooms are not as nice as the lobby. The furniture, walls, and carpeting are showing their age. This wasn't a bad room for the money, it met my needs, but they definitely need to update the rooms.”

• It had a good bed with great sheets.
• NO Ethernet or wireless internet.

“This hotel has not seen a major change in accents in over 10 years. The bar closes way too early. I don't get from work unit 11 and most nights they were all ready closed. It took a very long time to get elevators. It really just does not make sense to call yourself a business hotel with no wireless or Ethernet connection. Two thumbs down if you actually want to get work accomplished. Very disappointing.”

“Very large conference hotel that appears to hardly ever be used. Minimal staff on duty during entire stay. Advertised room service not available, small bar in lobby (NOT full-service restaurant) was not open for breakfast. Disappointed that this Best Western property just didn't offer basic service needs. (e.g. no housekeeping service 2 days in a row despite repeated requests to front desk staff; problems with heat and hot water that went unaddressed; advertised High-Speed Internet access was not available...and outrageous phone charges accumulated for using standard old-fashioned dial-up (slow) web service. Bad property.”
