• My parking spot was right outside my hotel room.
• The room smelled musty and like smoke, even though it was a non smoking room.

“This hotel was alright.”

• Nothing.
• Smell and appearance.

“This hotel is the worst hotel I've stayed in all my years of Traveling. This hotel is definitely a 1 star hotel if even. The hotel room reeked of old smoke, the sheet were dirty. There was a dead bug in one of the pillow cases. The hotel is on a back bumpy road secluded roam, it not well lit and the room had a small crawl space window.”

• Staff very friendly and helpful. Held shipped materials for 3 days.
• Room smelled dank, broken furniture not repaired.

“If you are traveling to Worcester to bring a child to college, this is a very satisfactory place to stay. Shopping center 300 yards away (Target, Staples, & several chain restaurants). Near freeway, but quiet. If you are traveling on business, in-room high speed internet. Staff provided LAN cable as wireless didn't reach to our room. Room lighting poor.”

• Location was near shopping.
• Room smelled, bathroom dark, and lights in room were burned out.

“Was very disappointed with the hotel. The only highlight of the hotel was one of the hotel clerks was very helpful. The amount of traffic in the room next to mine with people in and out within minutes seemed questionable to me. One bed had a blanked under bed spread the other bed did not, and pillows smelled. One bedspread was stained. Carpeting was dirty feeling. Room had a bad odor. Woke up numerous times due to traffic in and out of hotel. This was by far the worse stay I have had in years and would not recommend it to anyone. Standard check in time is 3 pm, and check out time was 11 am. This was very inconvenient for me.”

• The room was large an comfortable for my size family of 6.
• The central air didn't seem to work properly but the temp was not uncomfortable.

“At first the outside of the hotel almost made us turn around but once we got inside and into our room we were pleasantly surprised.”

• The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. She had made a mistake but then upgraded us to a Suite!

“I had a great experience at this hotel, and I would recommend it to friends, family, or anyone who is in need for a Hotel room! The Suites are very nice, I love the little balcony. The room was perfect, staff was So friendly and helpful. We had called ahead to request an early check-in and we were told no problem, but when we got there, there was not a room for us. So the woman at the front desk upgraded us to a suite!! I couldn't believe it!! Most hotels would make you sit there and wait until a room gets cleaned but not Quality Inn and Suites!!!!5 star rating from me!”

• I was able to get 3 beds in one room.

“We were making a quick trip to Umass so my daughter could have early morning surgery. After she went into the operating room, the convenient location allowed us plenty of time to return to the hotel, enjoy their continental breakfast and pack, before returning to the hospital to wait for my daughter and go home. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.”

• Very large rooms, clean.
• Hotel was off beaten path/ sheets did not fit bed well.

“Overall a good stay. Continental breakfast was average at best, and cleaned up by 10am. Even the coffee was removed. The bed sheets kept coming off the bed during the night, aggravating! Friendly staff.”
