• Entry to hotel is a little bit difficult.

• Did not understand their do not disturb sign.

• Friendly and helpful staff, hotel needs updating, very clean. Should have a pool to be a 4 star hotel!
• It should have a pool if it is so being rated as a 4 star!

“Nice hotel, very clean and staff is super nice, friendly and helpful! Centrally located in Worcester, right across the street from the medical center. If I had to be in the area again I would stay here again and recommend the hotel completely. However, if it is rated as a four star hotel, then it should at least have a pool. The staff told me that they were going to be remodeling soon. The rooms and overall appearance just need a small make over, but this does not compromise the cleanliness of this hotel.”

• Continental breakfast was excellent.
• Pillows were too soft.
