• The rooms were quiet, clean and the bartender was really great.

“The hotel was in a great location for walking around Worcester to see the museums, a show or some good restaurants. Our room was quiet and clean but in need of some updating. The bed was not very comfortable but the pillows were very nice.”

• Good bed, great shower. The room was comfortable and clean.
• Small maintenance issues not resolved. Old screw holes and torn wallpaper in bathroom.

“The room was clean and comfortable. A good place to relax for a business traveler or busy leisure traveler. Not a resort destination by any stretch of the imagination, but a good place to lay your head down at the end of the day. Hotel had all the common amenities. Bar/lounge, entertainment on the weekend and a restaurant. They are oriented to valet parking, which I don't care for. The parking lot is hard to get in and out of if you park your own. Some small maintenance issues, old screw holes and torn wallpaper in the bathroom. The ice machine on our floor was broken and one of the elevators was twitchy but didn't strand us. Good bed, lot of pillows and bed linens, absolutely the best shower I have ever had at a hotel. Plenty of hot water, even in the morning and gobs of water pressure and flow. I would definitely consider staying her again.”

• The staff was very responsive and they were always smiling.
• You can't get NESN TV (red sox games) on the room TVs.

• Closeness to everything!
• Paying for internet and breakfast.

“I think that the extra charges are over the top - breakfast, internet, and parking. I have newer had to pay for those things before in any other hotel. The room carpet was pretty stained, but the beds were extremely comfortable.”

• Nice pool.
• Upset that staff was not more flexible around the smoking room. Wish they gave us another room.

“Had old furniture. Smoking room. Old yellow stained wall paper. I have stayed at this same hotel twice before and we had much nicer rooms. We are very unhappy.”

• The restaurant was good.
• Repeatedly ask the managers to do something about the noise but was told they could not send someone up because they only had one security on staff.

“Honestly, I thought that was a poor excuse. What ensue was 2 sleepless nights. I spoke to several managers, but nothing was successfully achieved. I gave up on the grounds of just being realistic and accept this as a 2 star hotel. After all, this would have been handled appropriately at a Marriott or a Hyatt.”

“From the dirty cleaning rag left on the floor by the maid to the peeling paint on the ceiling from a water leak and the moldy shower curtain, I don't feel this qualifies as a 3 star hotel.”

• Close to my son's college.
• Our room looked like a reduced rate room, by elevator and minor damage throughout.

“Overall, nice facility, but we got the impression that it was not run very well. It was beginning to look worn, especially our room's interior.”

• I cannot believe we keep getting charged for valet parking which we did not request. They do not provide parking for registered guests.

“There is never much parking when we get there (to conduct business in the area) and we always have to pay for valet parking. I will not stay there again.”

• I love the shower/dressing room area with toilet facilities right off the pool area. Pool area includes TV. & clock.
• Room had not been vacuumed. The gate of the parking garage would not work.

“The hotel was very busy with seminars. The parking garage gate wouldn't go up to enter. We tried 3 times before it finally worked. A car in the garage took up two spaces. Our room had not been vacuumed and two lamps did not work. The pool is the best I have found with the shower/dressing/toilet room right off the pool area. Television in pool area with clock is good too. Great place for weddings with gazebo.”

“Location was convenient, front desk were helpful and friendly. Restaurant was decent room was not well maintained and tired. Bathroom shower curtain had black mildew on it the heating/air unit in the room was not easy to control: either off and too hot or noisy and too cold. The room service was poor, had to send food back twice at breakfast! This was a surprise to me for a Crowne Plaza!”
