• Staff does not speak much English.

“Our room was not cleaned. Staff did not speak English very well. Looked nice in the Lobby, but actually was not all that clean.”

• It was clean and comfortable. Convenient location.
• $10.95 for breakfast was outrageous for a vary basic, free everywhere else, buffet breakfast!

“Easy location. Nice clean rooms and public areas. I was very disappointed in the breakfast and the information said there was food available in the lounge, but it wasn't, only a bar. They need to provide a listing for area restaurants with directions. We happened to be familiar with the area, but it would still have helped.”

• Room above us was very noisy on the floor. Not sure if it's poor construction or just an extremely noisy guest above us. I'd ask for highest floor.

• The parking was easy and the staff knowledgeable.
• It was located in what appeared to be an industrial park.

“It was very sterile. The gym does not have a change room or a shower. I saw only one conference room. We stayed on the ground floor but the blackout curtain was very effective. The air-conditioning was great. The staff was very freindly and knowledgeable.”

• Room size was excellent. All conveniences.
• Not enough closet space.

“Both my husband and I were quite pleased with both the hotel accommodations and the location. I would highly recommend the Marriott to anyone. This was our first stay at any Marriott and we definitely shall stay at another in the future. Also would definitely use Priceline.”

• The location was close to where I needed to be. Restaurants in the area are very good.

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was actually polishing the wood in rooms as well as cleaning them.
• The area was at the edge of what I would consider a good area.

“Nicely renovated hotel with wonderful staff. Desk staff was one of the friendliest I have encountered (I travel 1 to 2 times monthly, seldom staying in same city/Hotel) in some time. House keeping not only cleans the rooms they actually polish the wood so the rooms actually glim. I had asked for extra pillows (which were promptly delivered by housekeeping), the front desk followed up to make sure they arrived and make sure that I had everything I needed to be comfortable.”

• Hotel was clean, safe and more than met our needs.
• Hotel did not have a shuttle, walking to DCU center was dangerous, sidewalks full of ice.

“Hotel was understaffed for amount of people that returned that evening looking for food to eat. The few that were on worked really hard on trying to accommodate the guests. (Over an hour wait for food) The rooms were clean and having free coffee in the lobby was a big plus. I would stay here again, but plan for dinner somewhere else.”
