• Sales manager was good.
• Not clean, check in front desk clerk was unfriendly.

“We had problems with unclean room, sheets, air conditioning.”

• The location was good for me.
• It was in the process of being renovated.

“After the renovation, I'm sure it'll be a great place to stay. I caught it at a bad time. Needs a lot of help.”

• Convenient Location and smoking rooms.
• No Clean towels/No Toilet paper/No clean sheets unless requested.

“They are going thru renovations but it is no excuse for not supplying basic Hotel needs. The maid service was horrible. They didnt change our sheets for 6 days until we insisted. The food was good and the beds were comfortable.”

• It was terrible - can't think of one thing.
• It was filthy.

“This was the worst stay I have ever had. I travel a lot for business and pleasure. The hotel was filthy and noisy. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't go back.”

• Very clean rooms.
• Hotel under construction.

“The hotel was OK. I tried checking in early (before 3 pm) but was told it was not ready, then I called at 2 pm, the room was still not ready, at 2:30 when I arrived again at the hotel, it still was not ready which led me to believe that the hotel really did not allow you to check in early. Also the hotel was under construction so there was dust and shows of water stains on the general areas of the hotel. The mattress was kind of thin. But the hotel room was very clean and comfortable for the most part.”

• Nothing, absolutely nothing.
• The beds were torn down to be very uncomfortable. Even had to change rooms. All beds were hard as a rock.

“Hotel staff stated that this place was being refurbished 100%. Nothing worked. Ice machine out of order. ATM was out of order. Bled missing in window. Beds had to be down graded because I never been to a hotel that the beds were this bad, also when I changed rooms from a king to 2 queens, they only gave me a room with 2 double beds not queens as promised.”

• Short sheeted the bed, key cards never worked right, breakfast was always short with food, room was not ready.

“Have stayed at this hotel for the last 6 or 7 yrs. visiting family in general area. Last year was the bad, gave them another chance, sorry not making the same mistake next year, we will find another hotel in the area, they were in the middle of making it into a water park/hotel too many disruptions, room key card would never work properly, room was not ready at 4 PM and the bed was short sheeted for 3 nights finally we had to asked the front desk, if they could put the right size sheets on our bed, even though we had room service every day, take that back they skipped us one or 2 days? Too many things went wrong again I would not recommend this for any future vacations sorry.”

• The place was a real dump.

“This place was a dump. Peeling wallpaper, and overall disrepair. Needs a makeover. Extremely annoyed that their guest computer did not have print capability because they were out of ink cartridges.”

• Room was clean and had a fridge. King-size bed comfortable and room was clean.
• We had to ask about continental breakfast. We went to breakfast the last day we were there and before 9:30 all they had out was sweet rolls and coffee.

“It was very adequate for our needs. We would return because it was inexpensive and convenient to our daily travel to a nearby town which we visit because of family. The room was clean and good-sized and had a nice sofa. I would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Quiet setting near woods.
• Nothing.

“The hotel is expanding, so there is remodeling and construction taking place onsite. It was comfortable, with a beautiful setting, and when they are through with the project it will be a very nice place to take your family.”

• Although we did not use it the bar/restaurant looked nice.
• The rooms are large enough but getting old.

• Room was very nice, though it overlooked the hotel interior.
• They placed an incorrect charge on my room, but readily corrected it. Also, weak selection of television channels.

“Little-used convention hotel in middle of Massachusetts (20 miles west of I-495 (outer beltway). (Who goes there?) Nevertheless, the food was surprisingly good. Room was clean and odor-free.”

• Inside the hotel everything was well put together and it had a nice atmosphere.
• The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. My only complaint about this hotel.

“Overall the hotel was extremely nice for the price paid. My biggest complaint was that it had the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. I'm not sure if they are better in the more expensive rooms, I had a double bed.”

• Construction is unavoidable at this time.

• The breakfast buffet was an unexpected but pleasant surprise.
• The beds were not very comfortable.

“The hotel was beautifully decorated and had everything that we were looking for. It had easy access to the highway making it easy to find. The hotel personnel were very friendly and accommodating.”
