• Room was spacious. Everything was clean!
• Continental breakfast wasn't so great.

“We really enjoyed our stay and plan to go back to that hotel again in the future. Service was great. We love that there was a little wall between the couch and the king bed. We felt like we had a little privacy from the children this way. Staff was excellent!”

• We liked the modern, updated rooms.
• Nothing.

“We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I would definitely recommend it! My husband loved the 42" flat screen TV! I really liked that the room was somewhat divided. We could definitely stay here comfortably with our 3 little girls.”

• Each room has a large sitting area with a comfortable sofa and wet bar. Huge television that pivots so it's viewable from either bedroom or sitting area.
• Although we left towels on the floor as directed by card, they were not exchanged between our first and second nights of stay.

“Large room with separate sitting area. Really comfortable, and you never get the feeling of, I need to get out of here for some space. Great television. Walking distance to shopping and a few quality restaurants/bars.”

• No indoor pool.

• Breakfast was tasty and healthy.
• The pool advertised on the website was not open.

“New attractive hotel with very good rooms. 42" TV's and good breakfasts, bathrooms could have been larger but bath products were good.”

• Our room was a bit dark. We would have preferred a room that faced the road, which would have been brighter.

• Very newly remodeled and great design.
• Staff room of some kind across hall was slamming every morning.

“My first time to stay at a Hyatt Place hotel. Excellent concept and great value! I recommend this location and facility to anyone. Staff also seemed quite engaging.”

• Very clean, modern, up-to-date; alot of amenities.
• I loved this hotel.

“This is an awesome hotel. Clean rooms, great location off I95, down the road form Mystic Aquarium, 10 minutes to Foxwoods Casino. Hotel is new, has a smart panel for the 42" flat screen TV - can plug in computer (wifi available), video games system for the kids.”

• Very modern layout the decor was also very good.
• We enjoyed this hotel completely.

“Upon entering the lobby the atmosphere of the hotel is that of a very hip upscale lounge. The decor is modern and great. The rooms with the swivel plasma was a pleasant surprise overall my wife and I will certainly go back very soon.”

• Everyone was so friendly and the room was cool and modern.
• The breakfast was lacking more options.

“I stayed at a 3-star hotel the night after this one, and it paled in comparison to the Hyatt. We were treated well at the Hyatt from the moment we stepped in the door, and the room was spacious, clean and neatly decorated. I wished I had booked it for two nights instead of one. The only complaint I came up with was that the continental breakfast could have been more elaborate.”
