• friendly staff and service
• dirty, sticky tables in restaurant, table not wiped down

“very good except for Flanigans rest. tables were all sticky from maple syrup and when they were cleaned they were still sticky. A young man with spray cleaner tried but did not clean them well at all. Other people also complained.He needed a hot bucket of water and a rag to get the sticky syrup off (not a bottle of fantastic)F.T.Sady”

• Not much.
• Hard bed, outdated bathroom, and shuttle was unorganized.

“The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The microwave didn't work. The shuttle service was nice except for the fact that, there wasn't enough room for me and my wife. I wondered why they had the shuttle if it didn't work. The Jacuzzi was nasty and the pool wasn't clean. The bathroom was very outdated and the sink was almost falling off of the wall. Overall I was very disappointed with my choice of hotel and would not recommend this place to anyone.”

• Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Great hotel for price. Kids loved the pool and breakfast was included.
• Nothing.

“Hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. At check in they offered us coupons for a free breakfast buffet the next morning. The staff also provided extra towels and pillows immediately after I requested more. There was improperly supervised minor in the pool that was not following the pool rules, after we complained to the manager he immediately responded to the problem. Rooms have a fridge and microwave which is an added bonus. I have no complaints about this hotel and believe it was a great for price. I would stay in this hotel again.”

• The shuttle service to & from the casino.
• The smoking floor needed air fresheners in the rooms & the hallways.

“The hotel served it purpose, we stayed for the night so we didn't have to drive home from the casino.”

• They were very helpful, offered a free shuttle to the casino and were close to mystic also.
• The beds were not very comfortable.

• Sauna and whirlpool in addition to pool.
• Restaurant hostess seemed a bit stuffy.

“This hotel seems to be new. Extremely clean with a Sauna, Whirlpool and swimming pool. There is a business center with a computer and modem in all the rooms.”

• Clean, and convenient.
• Restaurant was quick and convenient but not so clean.

“The overall stay and conveniences of this hotel are all up to par for the 2 star rating. The only thing I was not happy about was the price including tax.”

• The front desk staff was very nice.
• Carpets were dirty, trash behind the bed and bureau, bathroom was horribly outdated.

“It is okay for a night, cheaper than staying at the casinos. It's right across and down the street from strip clubs, didn't really bother me, but it might bother others. Hotel was quiet for a Saturday night and everyone was very nice.”

• Staff was great. Room was good and the best was dunking donuts in parking lot.
• Restaurant closed too early.

“Stayed at the hotel and took the shuttle to casino. The shuttle driver was great and I felt very comfortable with him. Hotel room was very clean and good for the amount of time we were there. I will stay here again when we come back.”

• Hotel staff was very friendly.
• The bathroom are of our room was small and not as clean as I like.

“It was an ok hotel. The area it was located in was not the best and the over all aesthetic quality was not impressive, but for one night it suited it purpose. The hotel restaurant was great though!”

• The facilities were really good, it was easy to get to and everyone was nice.

“Great value. Clean and nice. Nothing fancy but did the trick. Although we didn't use it, the pool, spa and exercise room looked good. It was very easy to get to and the staff was friendly.”
