• I really liked the location and the brochures of activities to do in the area.
• The beds could have been softer and the bathroom cleaner. There were things left in the shower from a previous guest.

“You got your moneys worth. Nothing extravagant. Clean, comfortable, heated pool. Great staff. Really helped you find things to do. Standard continental breakfast, crappy coffee, but Dunkin Donuts was a 5 minute walk away.”

• I liked the layout, the availability of the pool, the friendliness of the staff and the generous breakfast.
• This is not a complaint, but I would have liked an elevator.

“For what we needed this hotel was perfect. What we needed was a place to stay overnight so that we could take part in some local activities. What we found was a very pleasant staff, a clean room, a wonderful breakfast, and a comfortable and accommodating room.”

• Very friendly staff and clean.
• Heater was so loud (turns on and off throughout the night). It was very difficult to sleep, bed not too comfy, no sink inside bathroom.

“Very helpful in recommending a restaurant. Very helpful in providing a toothbrush (forgot mine). Bed was not comfortable, seemed a little beat up. Heater was way too loud, especially noticeable turning on and off, could hardly sleep. No sink in bathroom, too loud at night if someone got up to use bathroom/sink.”

• Clean, quiet and good access to route 95.
• Room could use a bit of an update.

“The hotel is of older vintage and not the most up to date, but it seems to be kept clean. Not that lavish but good for the money. The room seemed quiet even with a party going on in the next room, no doubt due the interior masonry wall construction. Bathroom sink is in the bedroom/living space, some women may not like this set up.”

• Close to the event I was going to.
• Dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned after last guest. Cleaning staff did not speak English.

“Too expensive for the quality (or lack of it). Don't try the continental breakfast, food was few days old. Cleaning staff did not speak English so when I asked for fresh towels I had to take them myself because they didn't understand. Light in the shower would overheat and go off, so after two people took showers third one was in the dark.”

• Nothing.
• The room was not clean, the quality was poor.

“The room was filthy, there were dirty towels and garbage was full and the sheets and bed were not changed or made! You had to walk outside through concrete doorways to get to your out door room. I guess you are supposed to use the indoor pool and then hope you don't get pneumonia walking back to your outdoor room.”
