• The cleanliness, the desk staff when we arrived Saturday 5/9/09 at 5 pm.
• Disliked nothing.

• Location! Hard to get in and out of, limited parking.

• Wet carpet by the window air conditioner/heater.

“Clean place. Not fancy, but just a place to rest your head. It is quiet. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Location is great. It has what you need for a hotel room. it is not a 3.5 star hotel. It is more like a 2.5 star hotel.”

“I was actually very impressed with this hotel. The room was spotless, and really smokes free. I basically have no complaints except, the drapes don't go all the way across the sheer curtain of the window, so morning sunrise brings in the light.”

“The hotel stay was great. The desk clerks were accommodating and corrected the issues with our room location promptly and courteously. The rooms were spacious, the staff friendly, and the decor was stylish. The lobby was well stocked with options for family entertainment, and everything was super close. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Poor workmanship in bathroom. Uneven tiles, sloppy grout work, dirty tub. No fridge or microwave. Halls smell like a pet store.”

• I called 4 days in advance asked for non-smoking told you get what ever when you arrive called day of got smoking room.

“Called day of arrival and they put us in a smoking room with a noisy AC unit had to by Air freshener for the smell in the room.”

• The room was spacious and clean, turned-down bed looked inviting.
• Could not close the drapes. Sun filtered in very early through shear curtains.

“Stayed across the way in the hotel extension. First thing I notice when I opened the door to the hall is the smell of chlorine. Knew the pool was close (and it was). Our room was really delightful, clean, bright, spacious and didn't look like a typical hotel room. Was convenient to shopping (outlets, mall, and strip malls) and some tourist areas. Will say that once we closed the door, it was almost like we were totally in a place of our own. Very quiet until early am when staff started cleaning and not being able close the curtains meant the room was filled with sunlight very early.”
