• Convenient to the place I was visiting.
• Room amenities did not always work.

“I would say that this hotel was nice, however, the rooms could be more sound proof so that you don't hear the people who are in the rooms next door or above you.”

• The air conditioner worked fine but was very noisy.

• So close to highway. Shuttle to local attractions.
• Small towels.

“For the price this hotel was great. They had shuttles to the nearby casino. The shuttle driver was great (Norman), he was friendly and made the short drive fun and entertaining. The front desk was friendly and quick. Hotel room was clean.”

• The staff made sure we got what we wanted.
• That the indoor should be accessible to adults at later hours.

“I loved my stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful and did not act like "robots" as some hotels do. I have stayed there once before and I never had a problem. Would recommend to everyone. Will stay in this hotel in the future.”

• No snack vending machines on each floor.

• Nice room. Easy access to highway. Lots of pillows.
• AC was a little noisy.

“Attending concert at Mohegan Sun. A little more $ than other local chains and maybe 5 minutes further but well worth it. Clean room/bath. No funny smells. Vouchers for free buffet and $10 play. Free on time shuttle.”

• The free shuttle to the casino and late check out.
• Not much in the immediate area.

“This is a great place to stay as an alternative to Mohegan Sun. It's about 10 minutes away and the price is much more reasonable! The hotel is very clean with a nice internet area and complimentary coffee in the lobby. They offer a free shuttle to and from the casino in the evenings, and when you get off the shuttle at the casino they give you vouchers for free dinner and some $ to spin on the big wheel. All in all we had a great stay!”

“Liked it very much. It is no-frills, but the staff is friendly and the facility is very clean. They offer frequent and free shuttles to the casinos. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Extremely friendly and able to accommodate my needs.
• I was alone the second night, a huge room. Is that bad?

“I arrived to attend a conference at Mohegan Sun, which was about five min. Away, and very convenient. Check in was not until three, but I arrived early, and they let me us the facilities to shower and change. Then, they upgraded my room even though it wasn't ready, and it wasn't even check in yet! Absolutely amazing.”

• All the hotel staff, maids to front desk would say hello whenever they saw you-excellent team work.
• There was black, mold hidden under and to the right of soap dish in shower.

“Very nice rooms and hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone.”

• The shuttle service to Mohegan Sun was very convenient!
• We had an issue with our bathroom initially because it was not cleaned properly.

• FD was not fully trained on how to check in.

“The hotel was very clean. The hotel had a shuttle to and from Mohegan Sun Casino. The only thing I recommend is that they upgrade their TVs. The picture was somewhat blurry. Overall we had a comfortable stay.”
